This place was packed. Chicken sandwich and hush puppies where good.

Standing in line waiting on my order and In walks a man with a bull terrier (was not a service dog) and started jumping up on the counter not once but several times. The cashier said nothing and backed up each time the dog jumped up there. I love dogs but not jumping where they are getting ready to serve my food. No manager nothing. Will not eat there again.

They picked the worst person to take orders rude and impatient. The burger was slopped together and the BBQ sandwich no coleslaw had a large portion of coleslaw on it.

Cook out milkshakes hit the spot every time. Cheese cake chocolate chip has been one of my staple comfort foods since I moved to North Carolina 15 years ago. Nothing else compares to hitting the bottom of that shake to be met by a layer of really NY cheesecake waiting me at the bottom 🤤

Drive through experience. Staff was great, but the chicken was nearly inedible. Didn't discover it until I was down the highway. Probably not the norm, but a big drop for me. Bleh! 2 stars is generous

Good, friendly, fast service. I ordered a small combo with a burger, white cheddar cheese bites, and a float. Everything tasted good, the burger and bites were warm. Initially the amount of cheese bites was the same size as a single order from my last visit. After asking about it at the counter the person said typically 7-14 per order but this looks small (photo pre second order). They put another order in for me and I got it within a few minutes. Great service.

Stopped by and ordered two milkshakes. Woman at the window handed me one. When asked about the other she bluntly stated she only charged me for one and didn’t offer to charge/make the second one she then proceeded to charge me $8.64 for ONE milkshake.

Went through both lines twice. No one ever answered or said there were open but there was five people inside we were in line and at 1:30 It's almost like they didn't want our money so we just left.
