Domino's Pizza

I used to be a Pizza Hut person . Because of the store closures I switched to dominos and ever loving it . Their services are really great. Quality of delivery is excellent. Huntersville location service is very nice.

Ordered a pizza for pickup, text said it would be 30 minutes. When I arrived in 30 minutes, they said it would be 30-40 minutes. In 45 minutes, they told me it would be another 30-40 minutes. Very poor customer service

Please believe all of the 1 star reviews for this location. I have been a customer for years but in the last few of months things have been consistently horrible. I will have to find another go to pizza option because this location can’t meet the expectations they set themselves. If you quote a window of time, you can’t consistently miss that window by large margins (30-60 min) and expect people to continue spending their money for your poor service.

Update… my pizza finally arrived and it was a mess. Yeah… I’m def done with the this Dominoes

Order took twice as long as it said it would when I ordered it. Appeared delivery orders taking priority over carryout orders.

My wife ordered a pizza from here at 7:59 and the expected delivery was 23-33 minutes. After checking the app multiple times and seeing no progress with the order we called the store. After dealing with an insufferable AI chat bot, someone finally picked up saying that the order had not even been started due to “a rush since 5:30 and they were catching up on orders” and that it would be 45-50 minutes before the order would be to us. Simply terrible.
P.S. Don’t call or respond back offering free coupons or anything like that, I’m not posting this to get free items. Strictly for your information.

I feel bad since I only review dominos location that are awful. This one is not great. Placed order from our hotel room, have to get kid to bed. 40 mins later tracker still says prepping. I call the location and am told it will be another 1 hour and 15 minutes, which puts total delivery time around 2hrs. So I cancelled the order. App said it would take 30-40 minutes, I think they should probably mention that’s completely not the actual time.

Purposely placed my order an hour ahead of when we needed it. It said 19 min it would be ready on the app. We showed up an hour after we order it to be told it’d be another 30 min. It appears they put a large order ahead of everyone else’s. Ended up canceling the order as we had babysitters and a reservation to be at.

The worst! I placed an order at 5:37 for delivery. The estimate was 26-33 minutes for delivery. After almost an hour, I called to the store since the tracker said it still wasn't out for delivery yet. The man I spoke with said the order had been ready for a while but none of their drivers were back. I asked if he knew when they would be and he said no. Then I asked if it would be faster if I just came and picked it up, and he said yes. My husband went to pick it up and was told no, because it wasn't paid for yet. I HAD to pay for it when I ordered because it was delivery! No one would answer the phone when I tried to call back and the woman in the store wouldn't talk to me over the phone. We eventually got a manager who tried to straighten it out. Basically, the inconvenience and frustration isn't worth waiting almost 2 hours for mediocre pizza and cold pasta. We were given a measly $15 credit on our next order, which doesn't matter since we won't be back.

I had a really disappointing experience with the pizza delivery girl.She arrived in our neighborhood and called me asking in which building I was!!!? Really?!. And said “because I am not parking far and it’s too cold I don’t have a jacket on”. When she handed me my pizza, she stated she had never been in my neighboorhood before and mentioned how the buildings were not in order. It was clear she didn't care about providing good customer service. I won't be ordering from here again if this is the kind of service I can expect.

Taking over an hour to get my food and still counting nothing cold food I would have been better off ordering from doordash

Im was a Tourist on a Late Night nearly starving and was looking for places that were open. Saw the domino’s wich im usually a fan of but after that night I am no longer. The guy told it would take about 20 minutes (wich is already long considering that it was a very slow night). Paid 25$ for a small pizza with some ranch. And not kidding I was about to throw up after just waiting for a couple of minutes because of how it looked in this place. After about an hour finally got my pizza. Cold and dry. Honestly would rather starved the night whatever they call “pizza”. DONT GO!!

Always delivering late and cold!

Used to be lightening fast and a life saver for nights we needed dinner quickly. Now, they take forever. Last delivery took nearly 3 hours to arrive. Pickup last night was a joke. They marked the pizza order complete when it wasn't close, and marked it 'delivered' curbside in order to stop the clock on it. Lobby was full of irritated customers looking for food they were told was ready and would be brought to their car. Can't justify ordering from here anymore.

Do NOT order delivery from this location. Ordered Halloween night and it took 2 hours to get delivered. Called several times to find out status and possibly cancel, but no one ever answered. We did receive an automated email from Dominos for a free pizza, so we tried again tonight. This time it only took an hour (I guess this is better?) and arrived no longer hot.
