My husband and I made a pit stop here while I on a road trip. I was excited to have their warm doughnuts. The bathrooms were filthy and the restaurant was dirty as well. The attendant that took my order got my drink order wrong and was not personable. I hate to give a bad review but it was a disappointing experience.

Yall should consider updating your hours on Google. I drove all the way here from Polkton and it was closed. The door says 3pm but your google hours says 5pm. ?
Although this store is clean, friendly and decorated beautifully, they get a 1 for being super slow with Doordash orders. I walked inwent to the bathroom while waiting on my order that they told me they were finishing up and 20 minutes later I was still waiting on a doordash order. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to making 3rd party orders. They kept putting other people's orders before mine. I was so sad this company does not move with a sense of urgency for their 3rd party delivery customers. If I were them would I come back if I knew I would wait an hour or more for my meal.The answer is no

What a stupid system they have.. they would do new orders as they came in but not do paid for online orders.. I waited 40 minutes passed my order pick up time when other people got there walk in orders almost immediately. Bunch of little kids running this place and it’s trash. Terrible service. Took another 20 minutes after saying I’m here to pick up for me to have to go back up and tell them again… a total of 55 minutes passed my pick up time to be able to have what I paid for.

Went in mid morning for a coffee and a couple of donuts fully planning on sitting and sharing w my son. Received the worst customer service for such a simple order and every counter in the place was dirty. Have no interest in returning. Ended up eating cold donuts at home that had melted into the cardboard.
It was such a wonderful experience. The icing on most of the doughnuts is decent, but the quality of the doughnuts is top notch. The staff, food, environment, and experience were worth every penny.

Honestly the donuts were tasty but when i got them they were very unappealing. The donuts were all stuck to the bottom, sides and top of the box. All the toppings were mixed with eachother and dripping all over the box. It was a bit disappointing since a few of the specialized donuts couldn't be eaten by the person who ordered it since it was mixed with the other donuts and they didnt want to risk any health issues. Dont get me wrong they were still tasty and would probably be better in store.
