Was to busy but server never followed up with us to see if needed drinks refill or extra napkins.. had baby back ribs little messy.. to busy talking at the drink area .. to bad I like this place will take a break i find myself another restaurant

A nice spot with a good selection of food. The salmon was cooked well and I enjoyed the mango chutney on top. A good beer list to pick from for whatever you might need.

Original cheesesteak is delicious!!!

The food is alright for the mass produced fare it is. The staff is weird to say the least. An old lady at the door kept complaining about the computer not working to customers and then was having a very weird and very personal conversation with a customer, uncomfortably loud; I don't need to hear about your drug addicted family members and their choice in men while I eat. The server didn't bring us silverware until we asked for it. He checked on us once during our meal and when he saw our glasses empty walked away and never came back (it must be hard to fill water back up). And some creepy dude in a cheap suit kept coming around asking how the food was but never offered to fill drinks or anything else.

My first time coming here and I will not be back. I got here at 3 I didn’t get my food till about 4 it shouldn’t take a complete hour to get food. We ordered 2 personal pizzas, wings, and some tenders. It shouldn’t take that long to cook some pizzas let alone wings. A heads up would’ve been nice, the manger did come and apologize which was appreciated but we should’ve at least received a discount or at least a free drink for the inconvenience.

Pretty good food. Nice laid back atmosphere. TV screens everywhere. Very attentive staff. Nachos are HUGE. Hate I forgot to take pics. Next time

I've been a big fan for a long time, but I just got some *new tenders.....what happened to the old recipe? This is not it. First shrinking the size and raising the price. . . which I was somewhat ok with due to the flavor, but now changing the batter? I hope this was a supply issue and not a major change because I won't be buying these fried batter sticks. Please let me know when you change them back.

I’m absolutely appalled by the way we were treated here. For my and my cousin's birthday. My mother-in-law got there first to get a large table to seat 15 people ready to spend generously on drinks, appetizers, and desserts. The manager then gave our table away to someone that got there after us. The manager insisted they “didn’t reserve tables,” yet moments later refused us a suitable table because, ironically, it was reserved for someone else.

Because of the manager’s unprofessional behavior, this restaurant lost out on a huge bill (and big tips) when we took our business elsewhere. At the other restaurant, we ordered top-shelf alcoholic drinks, multiple appetizers, desserts for everyone, and left hefty tipa; exactly what we intended to do here. It’s amazing how a single manager’s poor decision can drive away a large group of loyal customers eager to spend money. Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually values you. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I always enjoy the wings at Duckworth! The hot wings are not so hot however. They looked more like plain naked fried wings. We had to ask for more sauce.

I did an online order and when I came to pick it up, they asked me to sit down while they checked on it. Good news. It took 30 minutes before I saw another person. They acted like nothing happened, and I never got an explanation why it took so long. The place was kind of dead inside, so it's not like they had a ton of orders backing them up.

Restaurant was only half full. Took 10 min for someone to greet us at the table. Had to flag down the waitress for drinks and to place order. Waited an hour and 20 min from the time we sat down to get food. The food was really good. Never saw a manager. Won’t be back.
