Was to busy but server never followed up with us to see if needed drinks refill or extra napkins.. had baby back ribs little messy.. to busy talking at the drink area .. to bad I like this place will take a break i find myself another restaurant

The food is alright for the mass produced fare it is. The staff is weird to say the least. An old lady at the door kept complaining about the computer not working to customers and then was having a very weird and very personal conversation with a customer, uncomfortably loud; I don't need to hear about your drug addicted family members and their choice in men while I eat. The server didn't bring us silverware until we asked for it. He checked on us once during our meal...

I've been a big fan for a long time, but I just got some *new tenders.....what happened to the old recipe? This is not it. First shrinking the size and raising the price. . . which I was somewhat ok with due to the flavor, but now changing the batter? I hope this was a supply issue and not a major change because I won't be buying these fried batter sticks. Please let me know when you change them back.
