This place shows as opening at 5 am every day except Sunday. This is not true. They open at 6 am. It’s ok, as far as DD goes. They are better than the other local DD offerings.

I'm not sure exactly what is going on at this location anymore. I asked specifically for fewer pumps of sweetener and was friendly to the workers. I was just stared down as I said "Thanks so much, have a great night" and wasn't responded to at all. I can't emphasize enough how I was stared down. I'm not going inside again to ask for a remake either. I'm almost sure they just made my frozen coffee extra sweet just now on purpose after I asked for 2 less pumps of sweetened churro flavor. Last time, they passively aggressively remade it badly so I had to ask for yet another remake and make it seem like I was being difficult. This used to be a good location but I'm not sure what I've done to be treated like this.

If you like soggy hashbrowns, this is your place. Two days in a row we got hashbrowns that were barely cooked & fell apart.They did make our coffees perfectly, I’m thankful for that and the staff was nice and plentiful.There’s a huge hole in the wall where I think a car ran into it lol kinda crazy.

My son loves DD for their sprinkled donuts a cappuccino! Not a fan of the donuts as they tend to be dryer and not as fresh tasting to me; however, usually can't go wrong with the donut holes, and I'll take the cream-filled ones (mainly for the cream but it helps make donut moist when it's more on the dry side. I like the sausage, egg, & cheese on croissant, avocdo on toast is okay (but avocado needs more seasoning), and a few drinks like the pumpkin spice iced signature latte, cappuccino, and french vanilla hot coffee is good. I use app and go thru drive-thru for easy ordering and quick p/u. Went in once and there was maybe 4 other people inside and even with mobile p/u it was a little slower than usual. Inside is clean and very small. Sometimes the drinks can be inconsistent when it comes to taste. I guess that depends on who is making it, so consistency is needed in this area. This location can get busy real quick at certain times of the day! I'm assuming drive-throu line goes through DD parking lot; however, a lot of people turn in through Walgreens location, so with cars in both directions it can get confusing as to who is next in line. There should be signage directing people on which entrance to enter specificall for drive-thru or something to say whichway the line should go!Parking: Back row of parking can get tight if drive-thru line is long.
Ordered a mobile order and went to pick up and got there and our muffins was supposed to be warmed up and the muffins was brick hard then our coffe was sitting out and was cold this location is trash and will not be

Went through drive thru. ordered a vanilla latte. one car ahead. none behind. Got to window and see 5 employees - three are cleaning/ mopping/ re-stocking. long wait. Leave with 6 cars behind me. Drive home and they gave me a pumpkin latte. ugh! Drove back and walked in. Me: I drove all the way home and you gave me the wrong latte. Her: What did you order? Me: Vanilla latte. She makes it and hands it to me saying "Here you go." I say thank you. She says OK. No, "I'm sorry." No, "Sorry for the mix-up." Nothing. Just OK. She could care less if I ever come back. In the future I'll drive past them and go to Starbucks. DD is always out of the donuts I like anyways.
The Dunkin menu is just that....absolutely no complaints about the menu items. The customer service from the young people who work here is beyond horrible. On multiple visits the lack of attention to the orders being prepared and snarky attitudes of the workers when questions are asked is the worse. Besides the walking away from the customer to talk to each other the out right disrespect for someone spending money in this business is unacceptable. The adults who work here seem to either ignore the behavior or make excuses for them. I had an Uber Eats driver say they would not accept another Oder from this location for similar reasons. My opinion is take your business to the Christenbury or Gilead Road Huntersville locations where they seem to appreciate having your business.

The GM at the Lenoir location is a raciest tyrant. She called a black guy a racial name because she couldn't get his coffee right then she cusses and abuses her employees when that mess up and she doesn't even train them something needs to be done about this Dunkin has been notified of this several times and nothing gets done

Poor customer service, I avoid this one to go to the one on concord mills. Literally you walk in, the girl with glasses and a brand new tattoo on her right forearm just kept sweeping the floor and looking at me lol but while the others were actually working but still didn’t speak or looked who came through the door. No thank you to this location.
