It's a decent dunkin' which says a lot bc they've Fallin off so badly at most of them... love their coffee and matcha but unless you find one like this its not worth going... however I found this one to be way different with macchiato as I believe they didn't use expresso and just used coffee. Way to light of coffee for expresso...Update: came back and what seems obvious as the owners were in there questioning everything ? with a not so great attitude to the employees... ummm sir ma'am your employees do better when you're at home. You obviously don't know your own system as an employee had to explain things multiple times and the ladies smart response was unwarranted....Another update: slowly but surely they're trinkling down to not so great..now you're getting a good amount of coffee missing from the cup and a younger guy with attitude ?

i love this dunkin for coffees but the new cold foam lids for iced drink leak coffee every sip u take. i have had to wipe the lid 100 times and the coffee just keeps dripping out on me every time i take a sip. they need to be tighter or something because i have this problem everytime.

I stopped this morning to get my normal caramel almond milk latte when I got to the drive-through window I could actively see the employees pouring regular drip coffee into my cup that I paid for a latte and they gave me drip coffee that not to mention taste it like it was from two days ago. When I asked the employee to change it, they said I am crazy Now does coffee also taste like plastic that was melted and put into a cup so if you’re going to charge people exorbitant amount of money, make sure you’re actually giving them the right productDietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant

No Customer service at all! No manners! They made my latte like it was Free ? and the lid was messy with no tissue provided.
