The server/water made the whole experience at the "treatment" option for sampling food educational and enjoyable. There was so much food had to limit some portions. Highly recommended. No other restaurant provides this delightful dining pleasure

We had a most remarkable experience from the manager to the waitstaff and the food was beyond amazing. It was a gastronomical experience.

A truly fantastic dining experience. The ambiance, service, and food were all top-notch. The tasting menu was a particular highlight..it was outstanding and offered a surprisingly substantial amount of food.

Love this restaurant. They have a great staff, and the food/menu is excellent. Will come back many, many times. Thanks

We arrived to celebrate a special occasion and it was obvious after being seated and waiting 15 min before being acknowledged that no one was assigned to our table. Very poor service or attention to patrons visiting the 1st time. Very disappointing evening out with shrimp cocktail not chilled and entrees barely warm. Too pricey for this type of experience.

The staff was great. They were really accommodating and made suggestions of what we should have. They also gave my daughter cake for her birthday. The ambiance was great and the restaurant wasn't packed at all for a cold rainy day.

I went to the Fin and Fini with my husband uptown for my birthday last year and it was amazing. We got about 8 dishes to sample under the Treatment and it was such fun and felt like a good value for my husband and me. This year we drove over an hour and tried Birkdale and we were so disappointed. We ordered the oyster special (not included in the treatment) which was amazing. Under the treatment we had tuna crudo, lobster arancini, sautéed shrimp, filet with crab cake, and lobster pasta in garlic cream sauce. We sent back the lobster pasta and commented to the manager and server that we did not enjoy it but were offered no replacement. We ordered another round of oysters because we were still hungry. We were offered dessert and were under the impression one was covered as part of the treatment but were surprised to learn it was not. Overall we could have ordered the food we ate for less money than we spent on the Treatment. I am so, so disappointed. I waited a year for this meal and it ended up being mostly shrimp and a steak, supplemented by our paid for oysters. We didn't get to try any fish dishes or anything off menu. We would only return to this location for the oysters. The server was so so nice and attentive. I really wish she and especially the manager had been more engaged when she saw and heard about us disliking certain dishes.

Love Fin & Fino! Great service, great cocktails, great food. Always on-point suggestions for what we'd like to eat and drink. Also—the chefs are very accommodating to food allergies.

I was there two weeks in a row with different friend groups. Both raved about the food, service and overall dining experience. I credit Deena with a great deal of that. She is an excellent waitress and makes you feel like a friend. She pays close attention to your needs and I would not hesitate to go back again, especially if I can have her take care of me!

My husband and I went this past weekend for an early anniversary dinner and splurged on “The Treatment.” We had an absolutely wonderful time - food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend going with The Treatment - we will do it again! Our waiter, Scott, was wonderful too!!

The food was not good at all, especially for the price.

Out of our three entrees the chicken cutlet had the most flavor and ironically was also the least expensive item. The service was good the food came out hot and quickly but not sure if it'll be a restaurant I'd visit often.

This is the 3rd time my husband and I did "The Treatment", and it will be our last. We specifically told the server we would prefer no fried foods, and the first thing they brought ius is fried "lobster balls" of some sort. Two of the dishes were laden with risotto, and nothing in particular had any 'wow' factor like the first time we did The Treatment. At $70 a person, it's no longer worth the price. (Plus on a side note, a random server walked by our table and took my unfinished bottle of beer without saying a word as he walked away while I tried to flag him down, unsuccessfully.) Our friends ordered from the menu and really enjoyed their dishes. When we go back, we'll only be ordering from the menu as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY ... avoid The Treatment!

It was a beautiful evening so we sat outside. It was a little noisy when the cars went by. I got the hanger steak special and it was so good. They should add it to their menu. Very enjoyable.
