We visited the Charlotte location tonight, February 21, 2026, and what happened was extremely disturbing.
Shortly after loading $100 onto our arcade card, a violent incident broke out inside the facility. There were fights happening and suddenly people began screaming and running in every direction. The panic escalated so quickly that we were forced to flee on foot along with dozens of other guests. At one point, we were nearly knocked over as crowds rushed toward the exits.

Went to Frankies for my sons 10th birthday and the kids had a blast.
Awesome place to have a gathering, party, or just a fun day out! So much to do inside and outside! Clean facility with friendly staff! Highly recommend Frankie’s of Charlotte!
