Hoping to enjoy pancakes this past Saturday morning. Walked in; they said it would be about 10 minutes; which was ok. Fifteen minutes setting there; new people came in; were seated right away; no questions asked who they were. We left and enjoyed breakfast some where else.

Food was really good, our waitress was amazing, she was on top of everything. Placed our order and she came back within seconds to deliver our drinks. And she was happy !

Arrived at 5 PM with a group, and we eat there once a month. The food and waitress were great; orders were prompt and correct. The problem was the new check out system. One waitress to run the check out; I was at the register for 15 minutes waiting to pay. A review of this process appears to be in order.

If I could give 0 stars I would HAVE to for what I experienced last night with my door dash order. I called the restaurant to inform them that I wanted the cupcake pancakes with the Fisherman’s platter that I ordered. Unfortunately the app only lets you choose the regular pancakes as the side. I called the restaurant and asked for a side of the icing since I was unable to select the pancakes I wanted and the manager said no. I asked why and he said, “it’s $0.40, I can’t give you anything for free or it will mess up my inventory.” I asked if he could charge me the $0.40 over the phone, he said no. My order was $80 in total, so I could not understand why I could not be given one tiny cup of icing. When the food was delivered my step fathers food was not in the bag. The dasher stated that they ran out of the T-bone steak. I called the restaurant AGAIN and asked why one of the T-bone steak meals was not included. I spoke to the same non empathetic and pernicious manager. “We don’t have anymore, it takes three hours to thaw. We tried to call you.” We ordered food around 8:00 pm and this location closes at midnight. Not once did I get an apology, because now one member of my family did not get to eat, so we had to split one of the meals. I will not visit this location ever again. We have eaten IHOP for years and I’ve never experienced this before. This company makes millions and you can’t spare 40 CENTS? The managers name was Keith or Matt or something. To be honest I forgot after he said the icing was 40 cents and he could not give it to me for free.

I love this breakfast place. They have a cozy seating and very good menu. I love their veggie omelets and blueberry pancakes.

First off just let me say that my family and I love IHOP. Now that that’s out of the way I want to say how much I hated the experience that my family and I had with our food. The left the avocado out of my wife’s wrap only to find out that they did it purposely because the avocados were bad but didn’t inform us of the issue so that my wife could change her order. The food was cold as if it had been sitting for awhile as well. The server was great and polite but as for the Huntersville NC IHOP this is not the first time we have been let down at this location

Short staffed post Christmas. Very long wait. Staff was apologetic and did their best to update customers on situation.

Was at I-HOP for supper tonight. Ordered I am and cheese omelette with toast and coffee. Got my coffee pretty quick. Got my omelette and got my toast as I was finishing my omelette. The waitress said that the cook did pancakes instead of toast. She brought pancakes out just before she brought the toast. Needless to say all I had for supper was an omelette. Too late to eat anything else. Was time to go back to work. I think it is time for me to give I-HOP a break.

Took over an hour to get seated, and even longer to get drinks. Ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere when we had been there for close to 2 hours without silverware or drinks. We ran into our waitress on the way out coming back in from a break.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not sure what happened to this place but it's not what it used to be. If I wanted snide service and malodorous cold food I'd have gone to my ex-mother-in-law's house for breakfast. Better off staying at home and eating cold corn dogs...!! Manager was well aware of these issues and yet chose to just stand there without so much as an apology. I will not be setting foot in this location anytime soon.

Every time I come here, there’s always an issue with wait time, waited almost 20 minutes for our food. We were sat at a table with no silverware, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. so we had to grab sugar, ketchup and other condiments from other tables because of the lack of service. My waitress was good but definitely was overwhelmed and doing the best she could with multiple tables. We sat by the kitchen and could hear the staff confusing tickets, bickering, not knowing what food went where, it was all a hot mess. It hasn’t always been this way but the last few times I’ve eaten here hoping it was just an off day but it’s become a consistent struggle. Unfortunately this will probably be my last time coming to this location.

Food was fine. Service was lacking. Didn't even check on us until we were done and didn't even get a thank you when we paid. I understand we all have bad days but you must leave the problems at the door.

We had the best waitress. This IHOP is off a back road. I can tell the owner doesn't staff enough people. The host looked like he was very ill. Food was good.

Very nice waitress. Fast service. Good omelet. Bathrooms are pretty rough. I sure wish they offered blueberry waffles. I don't understand since they have blueberry pancakes smothered in blueberries.
