To the owner of the franchise Todd,
I am writing to bring a recent and very disappointing experience to your attention. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, it was burnt. To resolve the issue quickly and without inconvenience to your staff, I drove to the Jets Pizza location in Huntersville with the intention of simply having the pizza remade. I even offered to pay for the remake, as I was not looking for nor expecting a refund.
Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Tiffany, was extremely rude during the interaction. When I asked for her manager’s contact information, she refused to provide it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position.
As the owner of this franchise, I strongly encourage you to consider hiring better qualified employees or at the very least providing additional training to your current staff. I have supported Jets Pizza for years, but I cannot continue to spend my money at an establishment where customers are treated with such disrespect. With so many dining options in the area, experiences like this make it very easy to take my business elsewhere.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I urge you to address these issues promptly, as the behavior of the employees will ultimately be the downfall of this location.

Since when do they not cook bread light when asked? The young guy who works the kitchen always cooked ours to perfection. We’ve been buying it here for years and all of a sudden a new face who thinks she’s boss won’t accommodate. Tiffany was as rude as she could be. No worries, Domino’s is right around the corner.

I experienced significant disappointment with the pizza I received this evening. From the very first bite, it was evident that the pizza was excessively doughy, indicating that it’s undercooked. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the so called manager Tiffany, I found her response to be unprofessionally unhelpful; she declined to provide any accommodations, even when I suggested returning the pizza. As a regular customer, I am troubled by the prospect of improperly cooked food being served, as it presents a considerable health risk. It is essential that quality standards be enhanced. I suggest they do better before someone gets sick.
Just to clarify, in the photo, what appears to be melted cheese is actually uncooked dough.

Refused legal tender. $100 bill on a $42.44 bill. I asked how much do I need to tip to get some cash back. They refused. Then yelled at me when I explained cash is legal tender for all debts public and private. Great customer service when attempting to tip higher to avoid the business from having to point of sale fees. Then used the Lords name in as I walked out. Super classy.

Great pizza! Our absolute favorite is the 8-corner crust, you have to try it, it’s addictive. Brittany is AMAZINGGG—so friendly, kind, and always makes us feel welcome. She’s a big reason we keep coming back, we are so glad when she's there.
Tiffany is not only rude and unprofessional, but also unethical and did not accept a gift card. She also refused to give out her managers contact information. Incredibly poor experience and would not recommend. Such a shame.
