Tried to take advantage of the free combo after 2pm deal and they wouldn’t let us because we “didn’t have enough points”…. I see nothing in the promotion about needing points! Only that it is eligible after 2pm.

Service was so slow today. Order for delivery for my lunch took outside the normal 10-15 minutes to get to me. No update or call from them. When I got the order sandwiches looked messy and thrown together. Guess I’ll be going to other locations.

Came In today, ordered a Vito #5. I did not feel welcomed AT ALL. I told the first cashier that I needed a moment to ask my wife what she needed and he just looked at me crazy. After my order was complete, they didn’t give me a bag, I had to ask for one. All around service Is terrible. Wish I could give -0 stars

Took over 30 minutes for delivery and directions for sub were not followed. I am allergic to dairy and I requested no cheese. Also asked for no ice in drink but it was full of ice.Unfortunately I’m in a training class until 5:30pm and my vehicle is at dealership getting serviced so I had no way to return the sandwhich. I basically lost $19.03 with delivery and tip. Plus no lunch.

Took my money and refused a refund and try to tell me what I ordered on my app food was completely wrong payed for extra bacon and only got 3 pieces on my sandwich , terrible service and terrible store
