Came In today, ordered a Vito #5. I did not feel welcomed AT ALL. I told the first cashier that I needed a moment to ask my wife what she needed and he just looked at me crazy. After my order was complete, they didn’t give me a bag, I had to ask for one. All around service Is terrible. Wish I could give -0 stars

Took over 30 minutes for delivery and directions for sub were not followed. I am allergic to dairy and I requested no cheese. Also asked for no ice in drink but it was full of ice.Unfortunately I’m in a training class until 5:30pm and my vehicle is at dealership getting serviced so I had no way to return the sandwhich. I basically lost $19.03 with delivery and tip. Plus no lunch.

Took my money and refused a refund and try to tell me what I ordered on my app food was completely wrong payed for extra bacon and only got 3 pieces on my sandwich , terrible service and terrible store

Great atmosphere, clean bathroom and tables. The downsides were the price & the service.The actual sub was as expected. I'll go to Publix or Harris Teeter moving forward.The price for 2 medium combos was almost $30.00!!! For that price I'm going to a restaurant. This is out of control...The service was nothing special. It was along the lines of What do you want? Pay here... get your chips and drink.Parking: There are about 10 spaces shared with about 5 stores. There's always parking in Publix parking lot and you can walk over...
Forty minutes for delivery, didnt have correct change (leading to a $9 tip on a $30 order on top of the $4 delivery charge). And incorrect drink and sides. Waited almost an hour for a mostly incorrect order that was too expensive

Expensive and my order was wrong! Just another established where they put the people with the least experience at the register where the order starts to go wrong! I see why I don't frequent often. Publix is a much better option at the fraction of the cost!

Apparently unless you are parked directly in front of the door they won't bring out your food curbside. I was parked 3 spots down and checked in with my car description. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside to get my curbside subs. They said they didn't see my car when I showed them from the counter where I was parked. Maybe walk outside and look if you don't see someone instead of being so lazy!!! Who knows how long my food sat there! Never again!

Hi all. Watch out!!!!! I have been going to this location for a very long time. Usually they give good service and quality food. I was spending 100+ a month. Not a lot I know. Lol. I noticed over last few week their quality is going down, little things, they pre lose store early, maybe the bread is a lil ehh. Well I had my first bad sandwich. If you get an item that isn’t up to snuff , they will argue and not stand by any promise to make it right. They will only say not my problem or it’s your fault. I did try to calm and email and they really don’t care. I will start going next door to Publix or harris teeter and just get subs there. Recommended others follow as well as this location lost their freaky love and passion. Sad customer. :(
