I debated on posting this review but I can't help but share good places! Lancaster's is such a great place, I feel it injustice to call it a hole in the wall with all their regulars and packed parking lot when I drive by! My boyfriend and I sat in the bar area, that is seat yourself. The space is actually quite large with a formal dine in area, a bar area, a pickup spot for to go orders and even an outside spot to eat during good weather. They also have booster seats and high chairs. Service was great, our bar tender was lovely and you can tell she cares about her regulars just by the few that popped in. Bar was immaculate and the Long Island Iced Tea she made us was even better! I had the build your own platter which is two meats two sides. I got the wings and tenders, they have a fried chicken I wanted to do but that's a 30min wait and we had to go get the baby so we needed something quick. My boyfriend got the pork dinner which came with two sides so he got collards and Mac and cheese and a side of bread. Everything came out rather fast. Only reason this wasn't all five stars is because unfortunately my wings weren't really sauced but for the sauce u could taste it was good. The collards were under seasoned as well. It was a good experience, we will definitely be back.

A friend brought us out for BBQ, a new place she found, with great prices, and great food. Really cant say enough anout the selections, everything we ordered was great, and their were 5 at the table. And we all needed a take home box because the serving size is plentiful. We will make this a regular stop, every time we visit now.

Soooo love this place. Nicole bar tender is awesome. She is considerate, calm, trains new employees like it was her children. She is smart and savvy. Only negative is after FINALLY getting yuengling draft (not pasteurized 😀 great taste and oldest brewery in USA) they ran out tonight. Keg was not even here a month. Thanks Lancasters for all you do! Okay keg was gone in 2.5😵💫 weeks. People loved it. Now i am being told it is not returning? So sad. Oldest brewery in USA family owned. 😵 Update 4-11-25 wondering if we can get Yuengling on tap again? Thank you. 😀 Update 10-21-2025 Hi management, is it possible to try Yuengling draft again please? This is a family owned restaurant just like family owned Yuengling! How about it fun people?

Atmosphere and service were great, the food unfortunately did not match their quality. The A/C was on full blast when we came in and we were sat right under the fan, which wasn’t great but it didn’t impact the experience too much.
The barbecue was flavorless, beyond pepper and cayenne. We drowned it in the provided bbq sauces and even that couldn’t save it. The onion rings appeared homemade, but the battered coating was not good (as reported to me by the gf).
The fries, mustard slaw, and Mac n cheese were good.
Looks are deceiving, at least. I barely finished my plate and she got 75% through hers, it was a lot of food.

Barbecue was average at best. Meat was chopped and soggy. Macaroni was luke warm/cold in parts. My order was to-go. $15 for a sub par to-go meal is rather high IMO. The manager was very nice and quick to point me in the right direction. I would come back again for a second chance.

Been here a handful of times. The food is always hot, accurate and delicious. Try the curly chips, definitely worth it. True southern collards. Mac n cheese is gooey and satiating. But you HAVE TO GET the fried mushrooms . All of the staff members who have ever sevred me have been professional friendly, and attentive. Great place to eat.
