Ran through drive thru for breakfast this morning. Was picking up for the family, but when I got home I was missing multiple items. They didn’t give me a receipt even when I tried to ask for one (a lot of locations are bad about this if you order through the app), and when I tried calling them to sort things out it the store never answered. After waiting for ten minutes in the dedicated drive thru parking spot for them to complete my order I’d have expected for things to at least be accurate.
We placed an order for a meal . We pulled up to the 2nd window and they told us to park up at spot 2 which was for online ordering(which we did not order) - they were not busy at all .we waited for close to 10 mins with still no meal . We drove back in to the drive thru window and the guy that originally told us to park in spot 2 couldn’t not give us a reason as to why our order was taking so long . He got frustrated with us asking a simple question and left the window . The lady with blonde hair approached the window , and told us he can barley speak English Implying he can barley even talk to us and answer our question as to why food is taking so long . Upset with this situation I walk in wanting to get my refund and the lady with blonde hair and Spanish guy out laughing about this situation which is very unprofessional on all levels . Manager is apologizing yet the the staff does not care and says “we are crazy” . staff is unprofessional and rude . I bet no one really reads these reviews right cause your dealing with McDonalds . horrible experience

Look I got some food delivered to my house I ordered chicken nuggets and some burgers drinks no big deal other than the fact my drinks spilled all in my back but the worst part is I ordered some damn nuggets so tell me why I have a whole chicken patty as a chicken nugget???

Somehow my mobile order got lost. I had to go inside to get it.
I decided that I would try the chicken Big Mac.... Thought it would be ok, with the special sauce and pickles!! My chicken Big Mac had less than a yet of special sauce on it, on a Big Mac it's usually lots on each piece of the bun! Luckily I ate at home and looked at it to see how much sauce! I had to add Mayo buns dry! Like I said only a tiny spot of sauce ! Would have been much better with special sauce like the Big Mac

I went to mcdonalds this morning and yet another disappointment. They got everyhing i orderd wrong, there drinks were incredibly watered down and horrible we had to wait many times and they had horrible customer service.

In a world where people normally don't get credit for the exceptional work they do, I would like to recognize the young men at the pick-up window at around 6:26pm. There was an issue, which I completely understand that things happen. As a frequent visitor of this location, the young man recognized me as a regular customer and stepped up and took care of my issue. As a frequent customer of this location, I am truly appreciative of such a high level of Customer Service. Thank You

Yesterday served by a fellow who did not know the work. Had to leave and order from outside by phone and even then he could not find my order AH65. Went to the window, got my Big Mac, Coke (with no straw), 10 McNuggets (had asked ordered for 6) with no sauce.
These fellows are never consistent.. their fries can be good today and cold tomorrow. You'll ask for one sauce and they will give you something totally different.
This is nearest home, but would rather go to the one off Exit 28.
The fellows there are not motivated AT ALL... the Burger King next door so far better... I just don't like Burger King fries.
