Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. There were no soda fountains for customers?! WTH! So I guess no free refills?! Every table was dirty. We opted to have the order delivered to the table. The cashier kept yelling orders out and we weren’t listening because our order was supposed to be delivered to the table with our little numbered table tent on it. Eventually we went up to ask if she was screaming our order and she gave us an attitude because we made her yell the order out multiple times. Well, if she read the ticket it clearly said to deliver it to the table and that it was dine-in. We cleaned one of the filthy tables ourselves so we could sit down and eat, but the order was not only not delivered to the table but it was packed up to go. I’m not sure they know how to read there.

Not one person in line at the drive thru. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal only got one cheeseburger. Fries were cold. Ice cold. There was some guy videoing a manager while she was cleaning. I am guessing instead he should have been double checking the bag. I have no idea why 2 is so hard. But yet again McDonald’s has ripped me off. I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s again. Tired of paying for food and not getting it. What a shame the easiest job in the world and it can’t be done correctly.
Very disappointed customer.

Absolutely terrible management of any McDonald’s location I have seen. Extended wait times with customers driving off because of the how long it took for anyone to take the order. This location is a consistent low performer and annoyingly so.

Just look out for people parking over size pickup trucks right as you turn when leaving the pickup window

Parking: They have taken more spots for Uber, pickup and app orders now regular people going out to get a quick bite are starting to go elsewhere 🙄

It's Mc.D so not super high expectations. Fries was off par with most Mc. D's I've been to, Burger wasn't the best( I'm comparing with other Mc.D chains). Service was a little slow.

🚨SCAMMERS WORK HERE 🚨This location told me they were “out of Frappes” last night when I provided a FREE REWARD code for a M/L Frappe. Instead of clearing the code since no purchase was made, I find the code was used to redeem a kids meal and a small frappe anyway. I called store management and he told me there was nothing he can do. The cashier was a woman with a heavy Up North accent. Spare your card information no one is safe here

Please stop ordering pickup from here. They rarely get your order right or your fries or nuggets are old. When you try to get it corrected it either takes forever or they look at you like your remedial. I wish the app would rank store so you can avoid them. Save yourself the trouble

Imagine being so lazy you rather tell customers an extra syrup is an extra charge, because you don’t want to turn and walk 2 feet to get one. It’s free on the app, and it’s free every other time I ask for one. The food is usually good, but don’t go there for the customer service. Because there really isn't any. They once forgot a whole 10 piece nugget, so I called and spoke with the manager. She said to come the next day with the receipt and I could get it. I went the next day, mentioned my conversation with the manager, showed my receipt and was told “I can’t do nothing about no yesterday nuggets”. Another employee overheard and put them in my bag anyway and said “she’s just being lazy”.
