This McDonald's is different. The people here seem to care about each other and it shows in their service and product. I came here to work on homework tonight and spilled my large coffee all over the floor after about 5 sips. The staff took care of the coffee spill and without me saying anything, asked if they could get me a new coffee. As I'm in town for a few weeks I've been here probable 6 or 7 times in a many weeks, but always through the drive- thru before this. The food is the most consistent I've ever experienced from a McDonald's. It's always hot, fast, and made right. Kudos to this crew.

I never leave bad reviews but yikes. I gave up waiting after 40 minutes for 1 hashbrown and a coffee. Wish I gave up sooner before I wasted almost an hour.

go to the bojangles next door don’t even waste your time here. i put an order through the app and selected curbside. i sat there for 10 minutes and decided i would just go through the drive thru. i tried to explain that it went through but the code disappeared likely since i selected the spot i was in so i gave my name for the order incase that would help locate it instead and she gave me hella attitude. I wound up leaving and am going to dispute the charge. Gave the service two stars only because the gentleman at the first window was super respectful and had good customer service skills

The MsDs in the Lake Norman area are usually so great. This is the unfortunate exception. The emoloyees are rude and surly (with a few exceptions), I’ve had to repeatedly wait long times for drive through food, and my food is often wrong. The last straw was today when they - again - messed up my order, forgot to charge me for a meal, and when I told them they refused to correct it and let me pay at the window, instead telling me I had to drive around and get back in line. For their mistake. (I repeated my order about 4 times, no exaggeration.) Then I was treated rudely when I said I wasn’t getting back in line. I’ve given this store a few dozen chances. I’m done now. I’d rather drive to Huntersville for a pleasant experience. My wife went once and was done. Should have listened to her.

AVOID THIS PLACE!Waited 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and fries and drink. Went in to get a refund and 5 employees were standing there talking and got excuses and shrugged shoulders.Been going to McDonald's for 50 years... worse run I've ever seen

Dining room was dirty and obviously not being cleaned regularly. Staff was swearing loudly and frequently behind the counter and in the kitchen. Ordered in, but was given a bag and no tray. Initially forgot some of of my food. Service was pretty quick, though.

I placed an order on the app which gave me a max of 8 minutes for the wait. When I went inside to pick up, it took longer than 20 minutes for my food to be ready and there were barely any other customers.
When finally received food - there was no apology for the delay or any indication I had waited there at all despite them seeing me for those 20 minutes.
Food received felt left over from yesterday and kept room temperature. The nuggets and fries were both chewy and soggy. The hamburger bun was rough and stale.
There is no way that food was fresh. I contacted customer service to let them know and was assured someone would reach out to me about the experience but never did.
Wendy's may cop an attitude and lie about only having fries and nuggets, but at least their food is made the same day.
This was purchased on 7/5/24 it says KS 12 at 7:45 pm. Love the bagels sandwiches that are back. Guy so very pleasant, but looked tired though. I’m sorry for all the kids these days that must work so many hours. Please remember you are here for a purpose, so please find yours in all this mess. God bless.

The friendliest most helpful man who took orders and much more. I was extremely taken back by his customer service. Probably the best I've seen anywhere in a very long time. We special ordered two quarter pounders with cheese , no pickles. It took a little longer which is okay for a special order. But both of them had pickles on them. We didn't say anything about it and just picked them off. But I thought it was sort of a brainless act. A habit maybe. Had it not been for the outstanding customer service, I would've said something. One more thing about the gentleman in the front. He paid special attention to making sure the tables were cleaned and sanitized. That the condiments were all sylvie and cleaned. I can't say enough about him. I wish I would've caught his name. It was Thursday early afternoon. The 5th.
