Neoteric brewing

I had an awesome experience at Neoteric brewery! The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, and the beer selection had something for everyone from hoppy IPAs to smooth stouts.

What really stood out was the service. Jon was our server, and he was fantastic. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure our table was always taken care of without being overbearing. His friendly personality and knowledge really added to the experience and made the visit that much better.

If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy craft beer with top-notch service, definitely stop by and ask for Jon or Gabe!

Excellent beer and environment

A great local brewery to grab a beer and hangout. It's also nice that it's close to the Torrence Creek Greenway; I frequently ride my bike here to unwind, grab a pint, and read a book.

Neighborhood brewery with a good collection of beers and live music on weekends.

You can order food from restaurants in the neighborhood but the system to pick up could be improved (you don’t know if your food is there or not). There are also food trucks there on many days

Could be 5* rated with a few improvements. The owners are friendly and care about the business.

very nice space with indoor and outdoor areas. very IPA/Pale Ale heavy. taster size pours available. excellent and friendly staff.

A hidden gem in Huntersville. Definitely the best beers in town

Plenty of options, not just beer. My friends go for the beer, I go for ciders. There are almost always food trucks and they keep a calendar on their site. Indoor and outdoor seating gives plenty of space and options and their bathrooms are clean.

Fun and laid back environment. Has good brew options, TV’s, nice outdoor area, live music. Great place to try a new drink or meet friends or a date.

Trivia nights are the bomb!

Stopped in for a beer on New Years eve to see what this brewery is like and we really loved it. A nice space, friendly, and with a great cross selection of different beers to choose from, which sadly isn't always the case at a lot of other breweries as they just seem to brew hoppy IPAs! I didn't get the name of the girl working behind the bar that day but she was awesome! Very friendly and helpful.
Can't wait to come back again soon.

Loved Neoteric Brewing in Huntersville. Very cool space, they even had bar seats. Super dog friendly and they had a lot of amazing beer selections along with flights. I had a flight of all their seasonal beers and they were absolutely delicious. loved their cranberry sour! The beer tender was amazing. Super friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I absolutely love this place. Will definitely go back!!
