⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Outback Steakhouse!

I had such a great experience at this Outback Steakhouse that I had to leave a review. Jess was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the entire visit feel welcoming. She checked in at all the right moments without hovering and made sure everything was perfect.

I also want to mention another gentleman (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I believe he was a chef). He personally came out to make sure my meal was cooked just right, and you could tell he cared about the quality and the guests’ experience. That kind of pride and hospitality really stood out.

The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt above and beyond. Huge thanks to Jess and the kitchen team for making it such a memorable visit. Highly recommended!

Tonight I ordered about $70 worth of food and I ordered three steaks with baked potatoes and another side each. First of all the food was loaded with salt to the point where I had to wash off the potatoes that I got. They also forgot one of my baked potatoes and the food looked pretty sad. Not good for $70 at all.

Our time at Outback Steakhouse was overall, not very good. While the server was pleasant, it took about 20 minutes to get our Bloomin Onion (which they comped), super long to get refills and even longer for every other part of our order. They forgot the garlic butter on my son’s steak and didn’t put my salad dressing on the side. Then, it took forever to flag our server’s attention to get our bill. Also the food was pretty heavy and we were all full after the Bloomin Onion. We all decided we wouldn’t be coming back.

Walked in and a teenage boy who would rather be home playing video games sat us or rather tossed our menus on a table a said “here”. 10 minutes later we still had not seen a server so we left and went to Hickory Tavern where we were greeted with a smile and our server was there when we got to our table. Y’all need a restaurant 101 refresher course. This manager should be fired!

Came in tonight and right off the bat the service was very bad I sat at the bar waiting for about 10 minutes before anyone came to me to take my order I ordered a drink took them about 15 minutes to get it I finally ordered some food. I got the 12 ounce New York strip with green beans and sweet potato. When my food came out it was wrong. They brought me a regular baked potato. I told the waitress that it was wrong. She took my plate back there fixed. It gave me a sweet potato went to go mix My sweet potato up and it wasn’t done. It was hard so I did not want to send it back because I was hungry. Ate my green beans and then cut into my steak. It was supposed to be medium rare cut into it and it was well done so I called the waitress back over. I said excuse me this is wrong as well. She apologized took it back. came back upfront to me and said is there anything else that we can do? I said no not at this time just fix my food. She said well we took care of the bill for you and I said that’s not what I wanted you to do just fix my food so next you know the manager comes up and she asked me what was wrong with my food I said the steak was well done when it was supposed to be medium rare in my sweet potato was hard as a rock and she goes OK let me go get that fixed and I’ll bring it back out to you. They never brought me any food back the waitress came up and she says is there anything else we can do for you and I’m like no she goes. OK well have a good night I ended up stopping at a store and getting freaking macaroni and cheese for dinner probably won’t ever come back to this outback again and I’ve been here multiple times. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me.

Carolina Lawn Enhancement

It’s rare these days to walk into a restaurant and immediately feel like the people running it care, not just about the food but about the whole experience. That’s exactly what you get every time at this Outback Steakhouse, and the reason we keep coming back.

From the moment you walk in, everything runs like clockwork. The place is spotless, the staff is sharp, and the service never misses a beat. The credit for that kind of consistency goes straight to Manager Kimberly, who clearly takes pride in keeping this place operating at a level most restaurants only dream about. You can tell she sets the tone, friendly, professional, and always on point.

In a time when good customer service feels like it’s disappearing, this location is proof that it still exists. Every visit reminds us why this Outback stands out, not just for the great food but for the people who make it feel like more than just another meal.

Keep it up, Kimberly. You and your team are the reason we keep coming back.

Dined here last night. Sam was absolutely awful. I have thought about not returning but I love outback and it’s the only one in my area. She has no sense of customer service skills. She’s horrible when running the store as a manger, and she’s an even worse bartender and server. I can’t seem to figure out how she has a job at all.

I came in and dined with a few friends. My friend order a drink and instead of her telling her she doesn’t have the ingredients to make it she just gave her a random drink. When I asked her what she did she said she didn’t know she just through something together that she thought would taste like it. (I’m confused) so imagine paying for a drink that was nothing like what you ordered.

Also as far as food, she took our order, somewhere in between came back to tell me they were out of the food items I ordered so I asked to see a menu again so I could replace the order.. she never came back to take my order. Instead all my friends food came out and I just sat there and watched them eat. They were done by the time she came back to our table.

This is not my first bad experience with her or this restaurant. She needs to be fired and along with whoever else is running this restaurant, everytime I come here I leave completely frustrated. I am completely embarrassed that I even suggested to my friends to come here. This might be my final straw.

Waited well over an hour to get our food, only to be told that they were out of certain sides. We were told this over an hour after ordering and still had not received our food. When the food finally did arrive, many items were incorrect and most of the order was cold. An hour and a half after we sat down, we finally were able to pay our bill and leave.
We have seen this place go from good to bad over the years. I think our time spent at this establishment is done. Oh, I’d understand if the place was busy, but the food took over an hour to be brought out even though the restaurant only had a few tables occupied. Extremely slow service.

Labor Day weekend was one of the best experience of my life fresh food. The bread was fresh fresh water. What can I explain to you guys come here ASAP I’m not joking you guys Kimberly is awesome she went over and beyond Jonny was great too Full of smiles and great customer service I definitely be coming back
