went last night for quick bite after work at 9 they close at 930 was told by employee kitchen is closed we have some things on here but it may be enough i mean 2 people come on not likw we were going clean up all the food she was rude and turned her head while speaking not good

This was my first time eating at Panda Express(Huntersville).I received a gift card and didn't want it to go to waste. One thing I liked was that they allowed me to sample a couple of different entrees . I decided to purchase the (2) angus black pepper steak,honey sesame chicken,black pepper chicken, and chow mein for sides. The Meats were ok the Chow Mein was horrible. They were dry from being under the heat and bland, no seasoning , taste.(imagine Ramen noodles half cooked). Upon checking out, my total was $24. I was told because the streak was 1:50 extra. I definitely dont think both plates were worth the money spent. I would rather order takeout from my nearby Chinese Restaurant.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Jaclyn today. I and three other customers waited over half an hour for our mobile orders to be fulfilled. Not only did we all patiently stand by while she took care of all the customers in line but once I finally approached her about ignoring us, she became upset and began to insult me. She told me that “I was a waste of space and not worth her time”. She also told me “why don’t you come behind and work the register then.” I was very confused as to how I was made to feel guilty and insulted for paying for my food and taking the time out of my lunch break to be ignored and demeaned. Clearly the orders had been sitting on the counter (you will find evidence on your video cameras). She never once glanced over to check and see if in fact they were the mobile orders. She never once apologized for the wait, she never acknowledged us. Someone else, not sure if it was the manager or head cook had to finally help us and package our food. Even while waiting for that to be done she was bad mouthing me to the other customers she was helping. I would like an explanation on how an employee is allowed to do this.

The Asian noodles have barely any noodles in it. It’s around 75 percent cabbage. The cream cheese Rangoons are bland and cold. The service is lackluster. I’d recommend against going here.
