I went to this location on January 29th at 2:15 pm. I had the worst experience ever. Cashier was rude as ever. Worst cashier I’ve ever seen at Panera Bread. The manager on duty Justin wasn’t any better. I wanted to get a different soup than what was with the combo and you would have thought I was asking for their first born. The manager did it reluctantly so I told him I would not be returning and that I was calling the corporate office. He said to me I’ll give you the number very rudely. What happened to customer service in that store. The food ended up being very distasteful so I returned it. I will not be returning there. Also no lettuce for the sandwiches. The manager Justin didn’t even come up to the register and refund my money. I had to wait for another manager to come to the register and she was kind. The kitchen staff was also kind. Don’t it there if you can help it. The food quality has changed.

I recently visited this location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The dining room was unclean, there was no engagement from the staff, and the food portions were extremely poor for the price. We paid $60 for three sandwiches, two soups, and two salads, which is unacceptable considering the lack of quality.
The trays were empty, no coffee was made, and despite being charged for avocado, it was missing from the sandwich. Additionally, there were three dressings on the salads, but all the cups were empty.
This level of service is totally unacceptable. I will not be a patron going forward and cannot recommend this place to others.

Panera bread is always a good choice for a soup, sandwich. They recently added wide varieties of menu items. Good part is most of the sandwiches you can make it ad veggie sandwich by doing little substitutions. I recently had a tomato soup in a bread bowl, chipotle sandwich. Good place to refresh especially for students. I am SIP unlimited member… if you visit panera 3-4 times a month it SIP membership is a nice option. This particular store is good they suggested me well .. will visit this store again.
Vegetarian options: You can ask to make sandwiches as veggie by subsisting few
