Insane how many times they have screwed up my food. We have spent so much money here just for them to constantly forget chicken on salads, certain things on sandwiches, and complete entrees. At this point they are just scamming people with the terrible service and food. If you’re going to forget things from orders, have the decency to charge less for things. I love Panera but this location specifically just is terrible as a whole. Don’t waste your money here, you probably won’t get what the paid for.

Bread and salads have gone down in quality over the past 1 to 2 years. Ordered a Fuji Apple salad and a Caesar salad. Lettuce was limp, dressing lacked flavor, the bread was very stale. They say they bake early every morning- probably true, but I don’t think all baked goods have been baked that day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
