Please bring back the chocolate chip bagel. We bought them every week. My husband would drive from Mooresville to Huntersville every weekend to get enough for the week because the Mooresville location is horrible! He found out this morning they had been discontinued.He left with nothing! It was the best thing on your menu!

Don't bother coming here after 8 am. All the bagels are gone because of take out. They cater to take out more than visiting customers. Go to Bagel Bin around the corner they always have bagels available.

I'm updating my review. I'm guessing they changed owners or got new managers in.That's because since the last time I wrote a review they have got my order right 100% of the time. That was something they could never get right and now they do it every time, so props to them for fixing what was a horrible problem.Good work. I love Sip Club, but this Panera Bread ruined it. I loved going in, preordering, and quickly grabbing my drink. But now you have to wait in line to get your cup. Not only did you take away convenience, but you took away a simple joy in people’s lives. Thanks a lot Panera. This store is also dirty and laid out

They are now hiding the coffee cups! What is going on with this store? It is all at the whim of a very unqualified manager who is not running this store like any other store. Their ice coffee is so weak it looks like ice tea! I am seriously considering never coming here again!
