All signage is off the building. The street sign is gone too. Not sure if this is temporary or permanent. When the number is called, it says this location is closed. In the app, it says it is temporality closed.

This has to be the worst Papa John’s EVER. Their pizzas are sporadically EXTREMELY LATE with no notice. Then tonight I ordered pizza for my kids, waited the 50 min it said to expect for delivery time, and did the “Papa Tracker” to see if it was close. It said “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED.” Seriously??? What if I had left my kids alone with a babysitter?? You just cancel the order with no notice after I have been waiting almost an hour?? Our family is officially DONE with Papa John’s after being loyal to that chain for 15 years, and I’ll be sure to tell all of our friends not to order from here if they expect to actually receive food to feed their family. This place doesn’t deserve to be in business with all of their repeated mistakes.

I endured an exasperating wait of over 2 hours and 10 minutes today, despite being initially told it would only take 45 minutes. I arrived at the store 45 minutes post-ordering, anticipating some delay due to the usual evening rush. However, the situation escalated as I faced an additional 45-minute wait in the store, during which no staff member could provide a clear update on my order's status. My tracker frustratingly remained stuck on 'making' even 1.5 hours after placing the order.Fed up, I requested a cancellation, but was met with a chaotic scene. Staff members aimlessly wandered in and out, vaguely assuring me they would 'take care' of it. After persistently asking for 30 minutes, a staff member finally asked me to jot down my name and order on a piece of paper that seemed to be carelessly tossed among other items. Exasperated, I left the premises, not before capturing a few photographs of the disarray.During my agonizing 2+ hour wait, I observed numerous DoorDash orders being promptly fulfilled, some placed mere moments before. This blatant disregard for customers like myself, who had been waiting for 2 to 3 hours since ordering online, is utterly unacceptable. The store's refusal to cancel my order added insult to injury, resulting in a loss of over $25 and a total wait time of 2.5 hours. It's imperative for corporate to investigate this store's practices, particularly their apparent prioritization of larger orders while blatantly neglecting smaller ones.

Bad customer service. They delivered the pizza to the wrong house and hung up on me when I told them I had found the food at my neighbors house; they did not apologize for the mistake.
