I cannot Remember the managers name but whoever was the manager on 1.28.24 is incredible. Grubhub was absolutely terrible but this Pizza Hut manager made SURE that I got my pizza ( which took numerous delivery attempts ..grub hubs fault ) the call center for Pizza Hut absolutely sucks they didn’t help me with anything and it’s actually their fault why the address was originally put in wrong but the manager at Pizza Hut took care of me more than the call center ever could And he actually cared! Thank you for making sure we got our pizza honey you need a raise because people like you keep establishments going

Never getting pizza from here again. We ordered one veggies pizza and one cheese pizza. Both the pizzas were completely undercooked, no cheese on the cheese pizza, not even cut properly. My kids slept eating just half a slice, it was that bad. We scrapped out half of the pizza and ate it as it was already late and we were hungry. From morning we have tummy ache and diarrhea. If there was an option I would give negative stars for the experience that I had. Definitely not worth the price.

I've moved around a lot and had a number of Pizza Hut stores I've visited. This has been my local Pizza Hut for about a year and it is by far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever encountered for multiple reasons:1) they are always out of ingredients and multiple crusts2) they are closed at random times3) when I need a delivery, because of the above, they often aren't available4) when they are open and deliver, they often get the order wrong5) service is bad. I had an order not delivered at all and a second order that was missing items, I could not get someone on the phone to assist me (after an hour on hold and 3 people being spoken to). Short of going into the store, you will get no service.6) you can place an order over the phone or through the app, and they will cancel it and not tell you.Most Pizza Huts are the same. This one stands out. I actively order at other Pizza Huts to avoid this one.. it's a shame I can't pay a higher delivery fee to get delivery from a different store.

Today was the last time I bought at this place, the pizzas are made of poor quality, stinky, half-cooked, they are made with laziness attitude, also be alert because we have noticed that the pizzas are made with leftovers from others that they leave and when you tell them, they treat you in such a humiliating despotic way regardless even if you get sick. I wish the owners would do something to improve their star reviews and not lose their franchise in the future due to the poor quality of products and bad staff they have.

They delivered the wrong pizza, and then you cant reach the store itself, you get call centers. So whoever orederd a pepporoni and mushroom pizza from the Rosedale Pizza Hut its in the trash, maybe someone enjoyed our ham greeen onion and half pepporoni.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut and my experience was HORRIBLE!!!! They did not deliver my complete order that I paid for. When I called them back, I was kept on hold for 17 mins until I final hung up. I called back using other numbers and when they knew it was me THEY HUNG UP.THIS PIZZA HUT IS HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. AND I ADVISE YOU DON’T EITHER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN .

This is the worst place to get pizza. Cheesesticks was cold, didn’t order these pizzas, and I brought it back and the MIC said he was closing down and is not remaking my phone but will give me refund. Guess what I’m still waiting on my refund I will never I mean never eat here again and I advise you not to also.

There is a major issue with this store. My kids love Pizza Hut Pan pizza. I once had an online delivery never show up. Then, I waited 2 hours another time. When I called, I sat on hold for at least 30 minutes. The guy I talked to was so rude. I made it clear I didn’t want to cancel, I have kids waiting and excited for this pizza. Another 45 minutes and NOTHING! Called again and the same guy told me he cancelled the order. ??? He wouldn't respond when I explained why the whole situation was not okay.So, here I am tonight, with a friend who wanted Pizza Hut. Well, the store closed and my order is "being worked on" but no one has been answering the phone (tried calling before they closed because I have good reason to expect the delivery to go wrong). So... it's now too late to order from anywhere else. Pretty much the worst run store've ever dealt with. And I get to try to talk to someone to get my money back, as I already prepaid.What is going on at this location?? Is it a Pizza Hut issue or just this one??

14210 Market Square , Suite F2, HUNTERSVILLE, NC location - 12/1/23. Ordered online,for curbside pickup, headed to store. App said ready at 6:30pm. Parked, tapped “I’m here” at 6:30. Waited, waited. Then called store #, no answer, called several more times, nothing. At 7:00 (now that my food was cold), went in store. No one came out for about 5 minutes. Finally, I asked if they’re not doing curbside anymore & all he said was “we busy”. I asked if they don’t answer the phone either, got the exact same answer except for “I just told you we busy”! He pulled 2 boxes from the warmer, same size. I said I ordered 1 large, 1 medium, these are the same size (medium). Then he said “what else do you want”? (customer service with attitude). I said I need the drink that I ordered. He said “it’s right there, get it yourself”! I was appalled at this person’s attitude! He started to throw away my receipt & I grabbed it, told him I need this to file a report! I got in my car & called the Pizza Hut complaint line. While I was talking to the lady, the 2 workers kept walking (inside) in front of my car, also peeking over the blackened delivery door, staring as if daring me. I told the lady on the phone that they were watching me (guess they weren’t too busy to do that)! Also, as I’m looking at my receipt, I noticed that I was charged $21 for a $10.99 large. He handed me 2 mediums. To top it off, when we were eating the pizza, my husband & I both said, almost at the same time, that this dough isn’t even cooked! I will be expecting a 100%refund on this order. These employees need to be fired. I can’t believe that all of the reviews I read prior to writing this sound like the complaints are very similar & could be talking about the same employee. And if it’s not the same employee, then you have an even MORE serious problem. You should be ashamed to continue to allow your employees to have this kind of attitude with your customers!

Be prepared to be greeted rudely and your order to be wrong. The people here act as if you are inconveniencing them by ordering food. Then when you do get your order, it’ll be wrong. Ordered a cookie pie and received a brownie. And then ordered a 6 count wing and received 4. So apparently they can’t read or count. You’re better off going to the dominoes down the road. They are more pleasant to work with and your order will be correct.
