The service is always fantastic, and meeting the owner last week was a treat—he was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about his restaurant. I was excited to try this place for the first time. They make the salad and put it in a box, with a lid. As soon as I opened the box I saw a very long hair mixed in with my turkey and ham. I was so grossed out I couldn’t eat it. When I called to complain the girl on the phone said “thanks for letting me know.” Didn’t offer to fix it or refund me. Will never go back.

Today was my first time eating here and definitely my last! I was told to try it by my daughter. So I ordered a fried chicken salad and they use frozen (definitely taste frozen) chicken and I ate maybe 5 or 6 bites and called them so I could return the salad and get my money back! Manager just called me back and the owner stated that I couldn’t get a refund because I ate some of it and because it was made the correct way! Terrible customer service and definitely not a good way to run a business! I was going to return the salad as it was not good and still had a lot left! Just beware before you eat from here! The product is not fresh as they say it is! And the chicken is cold fried chicken probably microwaved!

It wouldn’t allow me to respond to the owner but I only asked for my salad to be refunded not all 3! And they never offered to remake me a salad! And yes I said I would leave a review so others would know how you’re treated if the food isn’t good.

By far the worst salad I’ve had! Zaxby’s is better and a better value! I work near here but will not be returning. Need to work on customer service!

Update, 2 years later and i decide to give this place another chance. Ordered a half salad and half sandwich for delivery because i take didn't have time to go out.
Get my order and no salad dressing... now, i have to drive over there or waste a $20 salad. I go in and get a "oops sorry about that". Never again.

Just ordered and paid full price for a "greek" salad. They completely left off the olives and didn't bother saying a word. They made sure to charge me for additional items, but didn't take a haircut when they couldn't make the salad as advertised.

I went in on a Fri night, and the place was empty, which was fine since I didn't know what I wanted. The girl with blue hair prepared my salad. She was very pleasant which is rare these days! She smiled, and made my salad and didn't care that I did a substitute. She was fast and efficient, but also took her time to make sure the salad looked presentable. If I wanted fast food, I would go through a drive through! I was pleased with my salad and especially my service. I do wish they offered GF wraps though.

Dietary restrictions: Being a GF person, I wish they had a GF wrap as an option.

Customer service ??????Food ???? The place was essentially empty when I entered and there were 3 employees moving about behind the counter — no one spoke and it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter as they walked back and forth past me. To say the lady making my salad lacked friendliness is a gross understatement. I begrudgingly had to turn around and come back after receiving my order to pick up something for a friend. The service was consistent. On the other hand, I ordered the Sophie salad, and it was delicious. The ingredients oozed of freshness. If you want a good, fresh salad and don’t care about customer service then stop by.

Went for late afternoon meal and the food was good. All the topics were fresh and the server was very patient while we decided what we wanted on our salads. Prices are very reasonable for such large portions. Plenty of seating options indoor and out.
