Super not cooked burger. Still pink, I hope I don't get sick. Super greasy. Not just value for your money at all! Thought we were getting quality parmesan fries, but all there was is basic fries with parmesan sprinkled on, and then they kick you in the walnuts by adding more dollar for doing nothing! What's worse, couldn't finish the food and had 2 pay high prices for it.

It was a good experience, the food was good. I picked up the double cheeseburger but it was impossible to hold and eat. I ended up having to use for a knife to eat it. The juices were soaking through the buns and it was impossible to hold it and eat it. Other than that, I enjoyed the food. It wasn’t cheap I can tell you that but it was fresh.

This is the first time I've eaten at this shake shack as it is local. I ate at one in Charlotte earlier in the year and the service and the appearance of the store was not good. They gave a hospitality stipend and I went and tried it out and this store is much better. Much cleaner. The food's good. It was not cold and the fries are very good. I'm going back
One thing they could have done better on is the lettuce and tomatoes on the hamburger were only on half of it so apparently it was slipped into the paper wrapper and they just shoved it in the front and it was still good but you could tell they did in a hurry and weren't exactly careful.

I ate at this Shake Shake on Saturday, November 9, 2025. When I visited the ladies room I witnessed a Shake Shack employee walk out the ladies room without washing her hands and went back into the kitchen. I was speechless!!!!! I immediately asked for the manager and told her what happed. I hope the manager addressed this with that worker. With all of the viruses going around these days the last thing we need are unsanitary kitchen workers handling our food.
