These folks are listed out of Huntersville, but they travel, and I, for one, am extremely grateful for their mobility.They have 2 enormous smokers, and they most definitely know how to use them.Turkey wings, legs, chicken, BBQ, etc. I could go on and on, but I included a close-up shot of their menu for you to look over yourself.They are located on Statesville Ave on Fridays. Right across from the Shell gas station and right next door to Jerry's grocery store in a huge gravel...
Order was ready quick. Cashier was funny and kitchen staff were friendly. Food was…okay. Good portion size of meat. Brisket was soggy and thin. Okra was nice and crispy. Baked beans tasted canned. Sauce tasted like sweet and sour sauce from a Chinese food spot. Not bad food, just kind of mediocre.
Love this place!!! From the food ? to the Customer Service!! The Pork Ribs, the Mac and cheese is to die For. All the sides are good, never gotten a bad thing from this food truck!! Looking forward to my next visit ?
