The chic that worked today needs some training. Literally looked miserable to be there. She doesn’t great guests, in fact will literally walk right past them and go into the back slamming doors. She may want to also get a new shirt as the one she is wearing has holes in it, just not a good look. The guy was nice, polite and picking up her slack.

Went here for a healthy snack and I’m so grossed out. The fruit on my bowl was rotten. I saw the banana was brown and said something and the lady said I cut it 30 minutes ago. She rudely said what do you want? I can give you a new banana. Then when I sat down to eat my bowl and the blueberries and strawberries were worse than the banana. See pictures below. Needless to say I will not be going back there

I understand the place closes at 9pm, but I got there at 8:52pm & the lights were dimmed & door was already locked. Whoever the two young girls working on 7/3/2024 at that time just looked at me through the door and both deliberately walked to the back behind the door. I've never had them close the doors before closing time when I did make it the last 15 mins or so. Missed the chance to use a gift I had that expired tonight due to that.

Did not like the taste of my smoothie..they would not make me a new one. Said once I try it it's not exchangeable. That's really sad, the drink did not taste like it was made correctly.
Better check your drink before you leave. Actually, that won't matter. If your drink is made wrong. They won't remake it. They state if you drink from it, then they can't take it back. Just anyone with half a brain these days knows the logic and reasoning behind that is severely flawed. Drinks were watered down and tasted very off. Never had this problem here. The manager will hit you with " I can make you new ones for half off".We spent 24 dollars on these drinks, you think I'm going to spend another 12 to have 6 smoothies that I'm not going to drink. Terrible customer service. Can't say I'm surprised as the quality of everything has gone down. Maybe adding more ice and cutting ingredients to save money? What a terrible experience. IS THIS HOW THEY TREAT VETERANS??

I try to limit my reviews of places to those that really deserve it, and this smoothie king definitely deserves a good review. From the moment I walked in everyone was smiling behind the counter, and it felt like they were happy to serve me. My order came quick and even got a “have a nice day” as I was walking out the door. I am definitely returning soon.
