Team has difficulty following simple instructions and very slow. Ordered a drink with light ice. See photos. Lol. It took nearly 10 minutes to get my drink. There were 3 baristas plus the cashier and it wasn't busy. Never again.

They allow customers to bring pets inside. Not service animals, but pets in pet strollers. In particular one lady brings 2 dogs in a stroller what seems like regularly.
