This is the Starbucks I frequent and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff make an effort to connect with you and learn their regular customers names which I find very endearing. I always love seeing Mary, Ayden & Taylor to name a few of the employees here but everybody is always so welcoming and this location has excellent baristas!

The whole team working wished me happy birthday and Kelly made a fantastic drink and drew a little birthday drawing for me on my cup. Kindness goes a long way! The crew seemed a little disjointed but it was a busy Sunday at mid-morning.One of our breakfast sandwiches disappeared but the crew got a new one up pretty fast once we able to get their attention.Order was spot on and the coffees were perfect.This location has a spot for mobile order pick up right by the door which is separate from the regular pick up.Parking lot is a bit small and tight as others have noted.Parking: Parking lot is small and tight.

I went here yesterday to try out the new christmas drinks. I ordered the new gingerbread chai, and specifically asked for regular 2% milk instead of oatmilk as i really don’t enjoy the taste of oatmilk. I could immediately taste the oat milk but decided it wasn’t worth it to complain, they were busy and i didn’t want to be a bother. I came back today in hopes of just getting my usual christmas go to, a tall hot carmel brûlée latte. Instead i was given a frappacino, which i noticed came out right after another incorrect order. Again I decided to let it go, because there were about 7 people behind me waiting for their drinks as well. I just want it to be right the first time, no hate, just an honest review of my experience. Staff all seemed very nice though.

I never do reviews, but I wanted to leave this because I had such a great experience at this location earlier today. It was an extremely busy time and the staff handled it better than any other Starbucks I’ve seen. Everyone there, especially the manager, were very warm and inviting with big smiles on their faces. I was ordering to-go for a large group so I had a complicated order and they NAILED IT! Even though this location is 15 extra minutes further from my house, this one will 100% be my new go-to!

Every time I come here I am greeted with a warm smile and a positive, helpful attitude from the employees. I have never had a negative experience here and this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Keep up the good work! Clearly management is doing a great job at hiring good workers and maintaining a positive & clean environment for everyone. Thank you for being a consistent pick me up during the work week! Seriously, 10/10 would recommend :)
