Went at 1:30pm on a Wednesday and the door was locked. They also do not take coupons for some reason. Very poorly ran franchise.
I have never seen this Subway open. It closes much earlier than the posted times on the door.
Far and away the worst subway I have ever been to. Very dirty inside, sandwich made incorrectly, then when corrected they took the topping off the sandwich and placed back in the topping container. Good way to cross contaminate. They also refused to use some toppings for a sandwich, at which point I walked out.
They don’t take coupons! Send out coupons in the mail but they won’t accept them. I’ll take my business elsewhere to Subway on Statesville Rd in Huntersville.
This is the worst subway I have ever been too i guess the owner made my sandwich no uniform or name tag and very bad attitude. And food
I don’t really get all the complaints, it’s subway not ruths Chris. I go almost weekly because it’s a convenient location and it’s always as good as subway gets and I’m always greeted kindly and get what I expect. Have a little empathy and get a cookie to cheer you up.
Horrendous. I ordered a sandwhich and it took 20 minutes for the sanwhich to be made, and this isn't an exaggeration. It quite literally took 20 minutes. The gentleman had a bad attitude, and was the slowest sandwhich maker I have ever seen. I didn't know it was humanly possible to take this long to make a sub.After the gentleman applied double the amount of mayonnaise on my sub, I asked him to not put on any ranch. He promptly said, "Didn't you order a chicken bacon ranch sub?" in a corrective tone. What I wanted to say was yes, but my sub is currently drowning in mayo, and the bread cannot withstand more moisture. But I just smiled and said no thanks.After the sandwhich had finally been made, he asked if I wanted a receipt, to which I said yes. He hands it to me, I attempt to take it from him, but he keeps his grip on the receipt. He says to me, "Well, WHY do you need the receipt?" I was stunned why he had said this as though he was accusing me of accusing him that he hadn't charged me properly. I just say that I keep all my receipts which is genuinely the reason. This encounter left me confused and offended.
Follow everyone’s advice you see on here. Drive 20 minutes to another location. Worst experience I’ve had at a subway in 21 years. Order online and have to wait 25 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches, and only half of the order was right. Don’t waste your time here.
Worst employees. They make rules on what you can put on yours sandwich or not. They said I couldn’t put cheddar on my sandwich because it’s only used for salads. Never heard of this in my life. Don’t go to this location! They need to shut down this location or get new owners and employees.
Expect stale ?, broken restrooms, broken iced tea fountain, and a soda machine with a minimal selection. The employees choose what ? to put on your subs. They only ask if you prefer something else.

I love Subway, but this place is a disgrace to even call one. Their food is absolutely horrible and they use day(s) old bread! Expect stale crunchy bread (see picture), rotten veggies, and rude customer service. They do not live up to the Subway name and you will be dissappointed everytime you go. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Please hire people that won't just throw something together and call it a sub. Also make sure the veggies are fresh. They weren't even cold.
