HORRIBLE OWNER!!!!!!
I placed a large order with five dinners and two rolls of sushi. When we got there the cashier couldn’t read the ticket, neither could the owner who wrote the ticket. He guessed what he wrote. The entire order was wrong. The owner was ok at first and said he will put teriyaki sauce on to make it right. I said No I need it all remade correctly some people won’t eat mushrooms. He said ok. I waited TWO hours for my food. For 45 minutes we waited and I was finally told that it was almost ready. Then after we had waited for a hour and 10 minutes I asked for a discount for my food because we had been waiting so long. I was given a refund and told that the reason I had to wait so long is that they were making other orders ahead of mine. I saw about 8 people come in after me, order, and get their food.
