Love this place! Went there today for the first time and loveddd it ! There were samples cups So we can taste the flavors before choosing, which i love. The flavors are awesome, the toppings are wonderful and they are self serve as well. My kids loved the experience as well and can’t wait until we go back! Do yourself a favor, & stop here
I came here with my grandkids a few weeks ago, and we had a really unpleasant experience. The manager seemed kinda out of it, not acknowledging us at all when we walked in and yelling at a new training employee. The ice cream was watery and I complained about it and she said in a nasty tone “there nothing I can do about it” that was crazy to me how the manager acted like that to her customers. Then to top it off we go to check out and she’s on the phone in some sort of fight with her husband screaming not even acknowledging me . I will never be going back to this sweet frog location.
