Under new management . It was clean, the machines worked, the topping area was clean and the toppings where full. The staff was nice and friendly. I will go back. Thank you to the new management
I’ve tried coming again, but I should’ve known better, they only have like 4 options to choose from, machines are almost always broken. Bad bad bad. Wish they would get this straighten out since it’s near my home but I rather drive to Gastonia location, won’t come back.

We come to this sweet frog pretty frequently but we had the worst experience here today with our kiddo with severe allergies. When first pulled the orange dairy free dole whip came out with orange and vanilla mixed together. Not a huge deal because it’s a mistake but I mentioned it to them because someone could get incredibly sick. Girl #1 went behind said no there’s no orange in there you must of pulled the wrong handle. Girl #2 shows her where she tested it and that I was right. Girl #2 then went to pull the dairy free sign down and girl #1 stopped her saying we can’t clean it. When I mentioned how someone could get incredibly sick with that machine being contaminated, she rolled her eyes and yes said I know and proceeded to do nothing about it. I’m sure you could see the frustration on my face because that was a very close call but I was very polite about it. How rude she was because I was trying to make sure no one else with an anaphylactic allergy came later and got sick from allergies being mislabeled was completely unacceptable. I then get to the register to pay for what we had gotten for our other child and girl #3 working was talking to her friend beside the register and dropped the F word as loud as can be. Just really put the final nail in the coffin of an awful experience.
Again we come here a lot but today was awful and I’m genuinely concerned for the safety of anyone else who comes in with employees that have that kind of attitude about allergy safety.

Very clean and all the toppings were completely full! Lady was very nice and attentive (Nicole) and made casual conversation. Way better than the TCBY around

Great atmosphere. Plenty of choices to choose from, from the ice cream to the toppings. Everything was great. The manager was very sweet and helpful.
