Gabby is fantastic! She manages the store beautifully, and the toppings and yogurt machines so efficiently, and yet is always so friendly and pleasant. The variety of yogurt at this location is always good, but I wish they would carry a chocolate hazelnut flavor!

On Friday I brought my grandson. 1 whole machine was out. The lime machine had a 4” pile of melting ice cream sitting on grate. We got chocolate with toppings. That night my grandson projectile vomited and has had other digestive issues continuing today. I ate a little in a sample cup and have also had issues. I just read other bad reviews. Obviously the place is in need of major changes. Getting sick from food rates zero stars.

I was excited to try the Minions mix and came to this location for the first time ever. I got my cup to go. The blue cotton candy tasted sour and “off”, it kind of burned my tongue. The banana was ok and the sprinkles tasted fine.. but it was swirled and it was impossible to eat the banana separate from the blue cotton candy. Super disappointing to spend $9 and not even be able to eat it. First and last time I’ll go to this location.

This place is AWFUL! They only had 4 flavors. 6 machines are down. No one speaks to you when you come in. The wannabe redhead cashier didn’t speak either, just totaled the froyo and took my money. The place was dirty and they had none of the flavors or combos they advertised! Literally GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This place needs to be shut down.

When I visited recently, I bought ice cream for myself and four kids. 4/5 of us got the chocolate ice cream and we all commented how it tasted horrible. It tasted like chemicals and was very bitter. I approached the employee and told her she may want to check the icecream before others buy it, and she agreed it tasted terrible and shut the chocolate off. I told her due to the fact that I spent over $50 I would like some sort of a refund as it was not edible, she said her manager would call me the next day to discuss a refund, I never received a call and every time I call they say the manager isn’t there. I would NOT recommend.
Jill and Gabby are so precious. I went in and they noticed I was limping. I had just been to physical therapy and I was really hurting. Gabby brought me my order and as I ate my yogurt, I expressed concern that I had came to that shopping center to pick up dinner for my family. Panda Express usually has a drive-up window but this one didn’t have one. Jill suggested I let them pick it up for me. Over my protests, these sweet ladies got my order for me. They made this old lady’s day and I will certainly become a regular customer.The shop was spotless and neat. Thank you, Ladies.

I don’t speak for all Sweet Frogs, but this location smelled like bleach both times we’ve been. Not appetizing if you ask me. Location feels aged with stickers peeling off the back door. The back patio looks like a forsaken break room. Panda Express next door has there garbage sitting out along with some sort of pallets. Tables are rusted and debris on the ground. Last time I’ll be visiting. Concord location is so much nicer. Lastly, the girls working didn’t really have much customer training as they did not greet us nor speak to us the entire time.
