I love taco bell, but this location is stingy. How are you going to take basically all the online exclusive deals off? Every other local location still has the meal deal for 2 or 4. This one doesn’t. Why?

AI was completely unusable no help from humans totally the worst location in the world please go elsewhere I cannot stress enough worst location ever AI is useless so are the people.

These guys just suck. Hands down. One day you can order and next day only accepting orders from the app. Never answer the phone so you can ask and never know what you are gonna get. Some of the laziest people at Taco Bell I’ve ever met. Hope the owner reads this and realize he is loosing money because they refuse to take orders at the drive thru some nights.
Mr Jose Lopez the area manager, you are a failure. Hope Taco Bell finds someone to fill the role and take the seriously because he is failing these stores and the customers. It’s false advertisement at this point because cookout across the street is still there and they can get this money.
Tonight I came and not only did you have employees filled in from another store but they were not taking orders because the equipment was getting cleaned at 1 am. Prime time for drive thru. You have failed this Taco Bell and this region and I hope a higher up see this so he can take action and fix the failing business model and actions that are currently happening.
Could do so much better but you choose not too.
It’s false advertisement at this point. You’re not open until 2am as stated and this store is a let down to the late night community.

Twice now I have been told through the drive thru speaker that “it’ll take 20 minutes to complete you order” followed by them leaving the speaker before I could even get a word out of my mouth. They don’t even give you a chance to say you have a mobile order (which I had placed about 20 minutes prior to even getting to the location). One of the guys in there was just short and snappy and repeated the line again, ready to cut the speaker off when I tried to communicate that as if it’s not rude to cut someone off who’s just trying work with them and not against. I can understand if there’s short staff but being outwardly rude is wild.

I am a Dasher and let me tell you, this establishment is EXTREMELY SLOWWWW and some team members are rude to customers. I was there Friday night for an order and arrived 4 minutes early to pick up my order. There was a team member speaking with what looked like his friend and not caring about the Dasher who was there waiting for his order. He proceeded to carry on laughing and joking with his friend like there wasn’t a person standing there waiting to be helped. My time went by and then it was now 10 minutes, then 20 minutes. The Dasher before me politely said, “it looks like you are only taking the drive thru orders first and not doing any of the Dashers and I’ve been here for 14 minutes”. The team member then said, “well wait longer”. The Dasher let the store. He was first at the front register and then moved to the drive thru (guessing to seem busy). I was there from 10:19pm until 10:50pm. Something NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS LOCATION!

They have an AI bot for the drivethrough and it sucks, told us that stuff was unavailable that the human staff was actually able to make for us, and generally could not understand what we were asking for. Once we got a human on the drivethrough speaker, the service was great, especially from the old lady who handed us our food

Im a vegetarian amd I got a chicken quesadilla, and I am lit so I might of accidently ordered chicken, but the staff understood and treated me extremely nice and I love them. Taco Bell in Huntersville North Carolina on Statesville and Gilead their tacos are disgusting! Not one time have we gotten crunchy shell tacos where they don't split along the bottom when biten into and/or stick to the wrapper and end up splitting and the filling falls out! They're coming out with new items instead they need to fix their crunchy shell tacos! Very disappointed tacos fan!

Twice in one night they got our order wrong. Not only did they get our order wrong and forget a meal but the guy on the phone was absolutely unnecessarily rude hanging up on me. It’s very simple to read a screen. Kindness is free.
