The manager Nick was in the bathroom using it but he was in the girls bathroom with My Wife and daughter and he did not wash his hands. My Wife said and he proceeded to go in the kitchen and go prepare food. His name is Nick. He claimed that he is a general manager, and nobody is the boss of him. He thinks he is a her

I ordered 2 Chicken Quesadilla and they both have 5 chicken pieces combined and it was like eating tortillas with not much cheese and no chicken. This happened twice in a row.

Poor folks are severely understaffed, and we waited over 20 minutes to get cold nacho fries and missing one of our tacos.
Went in to Taco Bell before thanksgiving at 4:45 and the older lady working there was the sweetest and the food tasted so good.

Got the completely wrong order (wanted a Crunchwrap with beans and 2 taco supremes with beans) got the whole wrong order of a steak quesadilla and 2 beef burritos. Gross. I don’t like their steak or beef. Tried to call 7 times. It just kept hanging up. Food in trash and waste if money. Don’t even try

Just left this location because unfortunately who ever was in the drive thru refused to take an order. Did not even greet, just asked small or big order and then proceeded to tell me to come inside. Imagine being handicapped and refused a convenient service because of the laziness of this employee. Do better. Just go to the one in sunset rd. HORRIBLE !
