Maybe I came during an off time. The only chicken they had available was “pulled chicken”. I got a nacho bowl with rice, pulled chicken, black beans, queso, cheese and salsa. I wanted pickled jalapeños but they only had fresh as an option. The chicken was very plain and a bit watery. The appearance wasn’t that great so I never even took a picture, which I usually do, especially to leave reviews. Overall, I was quite disappointed after reading the positive reviews because I drove out of my way to get food from here.

I thought this place was closed before I walked in, I usually buy prepared beef from Chipotle to save time on dinner prep but I wanted to support a local business while I was in the area. Turns out this store doesn't sell only beef??? I ended up going to the Chipotle down the street because they sell their beef to paying customers, what a concept!! It blows my mind that this empty location would rather keep their food sitting out all day rather than make money. Yeesh.

This place is SO good. There is zero reason to go somewhere like Chipotle when the Tacos and Tortilla Factory exists. You get more food, it tastes better, costs less, and you can tell the ingredients are authentic and much better quality. The prices are more than reasonable and the servings are very generous. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Food is top notch!! Everything is seasoned!! The rice is good, the queso is good, Barbacoa is crazy (in a good way)!! Luv this lil gem.

the birria tacos were terrible, the tacos were made wrong (i had just ordered the tacos i didn’t choose to add anything on them myself) the tortilla had completely fallen apart without even being touched, there was no actual flavor to the birria whatsoever and it was just overall dry and not good at all. the chips were stale and the queso was alright..nothing special at all. i unfortunately didn’t take any pictures because the tacos were so atrocious compared to any actual good food truck/restaurant with birria that me and my partner just straight up threw them out and went and got new food

Ordered take out. The staff were very nice when I went to pick my order up. The food was very delicious and hot, even with me being 25 mins away from the location. The Birria tacos and Chicken rings nachos were awesome! Very good food here! Can’t wait to return!

Easily the best burrito I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area you have to check this place out. This blows chipotle and all others like it away. I wish there was one closer to where I live!
