You guys might want to rethink the limited and strange flavors offered. The strawberry tasted like cool aid. Didn't have a regular vanilla or chocolate. We had the cups like 1/4 full but the 2 came out to be $10.08. Sorry but worst I've ever had.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location last night. The two young women working were extremely disrespectful toward my daughter and me, leaving us both in shock. The cashier with glasses displayed behavior that came across as racially biased, to the point where other customers behind us were visibly uncomfortable and shaking their heads. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none were available. I will be contacting both store management and the corporate office today. I am appalled by the behavior of the staff on duty, and those two employees should not be representing this business. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give.

love tcby in general. went tonight by myself after hanging with some friends because i was really craving it. walked in and it was empty because it was almost time to close and there were two girls working. when the girl at the register weighed my cup and told me my total the other girl on the whole other side of the room stopped what she was doing and went “damn🤨.” do what you will with this info but homegirl just gave me indirect big back accusations 💔

First of all is 8:20pm on a Sunday and they're open so you need to update this page with the correct times. Second this place sucks. We have never been and definitely won't be back. There was no one behind the counter when we came in. I was told by another customer this place doesn't offer sample cups. And going through their very limited selection they don't even have chocolate or vanilla yogurt! GO TO SWEET FROG OFF SAM FURR RD - THEY'RE SO MUCH BETTER!!!!

The place always smells so clean and good! Today there was a Colombian girl that had every little spot clean, organized and she is so polite! And there was another sweet girl welcoming everyone! Also! My daughter loves how you get to pick whatever you want for your ice cream

The clerk that was helping me seemed like she had mentally checked. She wasn’t really paying attention to anything that was being said. Purchased 2 cups of ice cream. The sea salt caramel tasted as if it was freezer burned. I initially had second thoughts about going in. I wished I would have listened to my gut feeling. At least I wouldn’t have wasted money.

Just leaving and don’t plan on coming back. The rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I politely asked if they had little sample cups. She bluntly replied “we don’t do samples” then I asked if they had nutritional info and she quietly said something I couldn’t hear. When I said pardon me she said “no. Look it up online.” Your “now hiring smiling faces” should also apply to those who already work there.
