A pleasant experience at this location. I would recommend anyone looking for a variety of flavors to visit

The only reason I go here is for the kids. But now, I really have to even question doing that after being prompted to tip for self-serv, over-priced, already melting frozen yogurt.

Just leaving and don’t plan on coming back. The rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I politely asked if they had little sample cups. She bluntly replied “we don’t do samples” then I asked if they had nutritional info and she quietly said something I couldn’t hear. When I said pardon me she said “no. Look it up online.” Your “now hiring smiling faces” should also apply to those who already work there.

Lived it. Assortment of yogurt and all those add on. Omg. Awesome and tasteful

Let me say, this is a process problem I have with TCBY and it's not just this location (but today it is). I like one flavor so I always check their FB page before I make the trek to see if they have the flavor on tap that day. Usually if they update the flavors on FB, they are the same flavors for at least 2+ days. One day ago, peanut butter was listed as an available flavor but when I got to the shop today, it was not. I asked the employees and they acted like I made this up. I even showed them on the Facebook page and the guy said, "no we don't have peanut butter." Gas is too expensive to waste; and if this is how this establishment communicates with customers about what products are available, be accurate or stop posting flavors and tell people to call the store. It's starting to be an unreliable process, and it's just as easy to call Sweet Frog. I gave 2 stars b/c when they actually have PB, it's good. So is their competitor, though...

Stopped at TCBY Birkdale Village for National Frozen Yogurt Day on Monday! They were doing a first 6 oz free promo to celebrate, so I made sure to drop by! They often push their promos on social media so be on the lookout for future events :)I got a swirl of the chocolate and strawberry from their self serve fro-yo machine before grabbing some toppings from their wide selection. They had everything from M&M's to hot fudge and Reese's peanut butter cups!! So yummy! The facility was clean and plenty of parking at Birkdale village.
Made it to TCBY for National Frozen Yogurt Day! I had classic chocolate frozen yogurt. We are a big fan of the dairy free chocolate too. Wish they would bring back the strawberry kiwi sorbet. It used to be my absolute favorite!

Stopped in for National Frozen Yogurt Day so the first 6 oz were free. My son still managed to create a 9.6 oz cup with 3 flavors and lots of toppings but he finished it. Solid assortment of 12 flavors plus over 40 topping choices. Overall solid stop for a frozen treat at Birkdale Village.

Stopped in for a frozen treat. Tried a couple of flavors didn’t really want them. Very Glad I could try before filling a cup.Ended up with watermelon and mango options. Flavor was decent. All yogurts and icees are $.79 per ounce this doesn’t sound expensive until you find two cups were $16Ouch! That means we were charged for 20 ounces. When I got home I was still puzzled. A box of frozen Italian ice (3 pineapple and 3 mango) at Publix had six 6 ounce cups for $4. Hmm 20 ounces for $4 or 20 ounces for $16.Just saying…..
