So we waited what felt like a eternity for our food to come out but other tables around us of people who came in way after us got there food first then when we got our food my mom got a salad and she told the lady she’s vegetarian they brought it out and she started eating it and realized it had chicken in it. Unbelievable.

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints, but this visit was truly exceptional thanks to our server, Amy. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, and the menu offered something for everyone. Everything we ordered came out perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. And yes — the cheesecake lived up to its legendary reputation (don’t leave without trying it!).

Amy was absolutely wonderful. She struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and warmth, always checking in at the right time without hovering. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel completely cared for throughout the meal. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine, but Amy made it look effortless.

The Cheesecake Factory is amazing! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the portions are huge. The menu has so many options, there’s truly something for everyone. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. And of course, the cheesecakes are the best part rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious every time. One of my favorite places to eat!

It was very busy and we still waited.No more than fifteen minutes to get seated. Ruby was our waitress and she did an excellent job.Not just suggesting things but give me your idea of the taste factor spicy spicy?Maybe not spicy at all and we had the best Arnold Palmer's.

Our daughter decided to have a large birthday party at cheesecake factory. We were initially disappointed to find out that we could not do a reservation on a weekend night with such a large group. They accommodated us and got us seated in our timeframe. We had amazing service with.TANIYA. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive with a large group of 10 and 11-year-old girls. Everything was wonderful and our daughter had a phenomenal birthday party. 100% recommend.

Awful. I made an online order because I had kids in the car. While I misplaced my order for something my wife refuses to eat and I only notice the small difference on the receipt about 6 minutes later. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes and was told they already made it and they would see what they could do.
While I get to the location and they have the order bagged up and waiting like I’m just going to take it. They refused to allow me to pay the difference for the order of something she’d eat but I’d have to take a 7 day refund AND pay for the food that they have not even started yet.

After running multimillion dollar restaurants that was a poor experience. Look I get it but come on let do better.

Went to cheese cake factory this afternoon. It was freezing cold in the restaurant. I was shaking head to toe. Music was LOUD. Could hardly hear the person with me. Had a call on my telephone could not hear what the person was talking about due to the music being loud. I had to call them back when I came home. Music in ladies washroom was also loud also. Was not pleased with my visit.

I ordered these nachos as an appetizer and they came after my meal. They were visibly burnt. The service was so slow. Took almost 40 minutes to get food. No drink refills. We were there for lunch. First and last visit here.

Had a great experience here at lunch today despite a malfunctioning fire alarm (no fault of the staff). My wonderful server Delani was super helpful, kind, and friendly - probably the best service I've ever had at this location. And the food was great! I'm not a big french fry lover but the fries that came with the Fish & Chips were delicious. Kudos to Delani and the kitchen staff today.

Experience was great. Service-top notch. This was my first time here and we went for my daughter’s birthday dinner. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the food. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great like I was expecting and like everyone has told me. I got the steak Diane which my server said was one of most popular dishes. When I finally got the food, because it took almost 30 minutes, it was mediocre. My mushrooms were not cooked all the way. The whole plate was maybe room temp-lukewarm. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes and sauce. I was kinda disappointed. My daughter got the pasta and she didn’t like hers either. I’m not sure why it wasn’t hot, but needless to say- I will save my $200 next time and go somewhere else. Our sodas that we ordered were flat tasting, and too sugary. Just in my opinion, this place isn’t worth all the hype.
