Went in for a drink before watching a movie across the Village. Went in with 4 people (2m and 2f) and we each wanted to order to celebrate my friend’s 21st birthday (the whole reason we were out). The bartender on staff was nice and cordial with the guys and did her due diligence by checking our ID’s. She got to my ID and looked at me weird (For the record, I am 21 and have been for months). When my friend (whose birthday it was) tried to order, her South Carolina ID was rejected. When they asked the bartender to scan it, she refused. She said the “hologram wasn’t right.” It was a completely valid ID and her ignorance ruined my friend’s birthday experience.Do not go there.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in for a pint. There was one other person at the bar but not bartender. She was cutting a customer's hair. After a few minutes she came out for him to pay. She greeted the other customer and then went back to cutting hair. I waited for over 10 minutes to simply be greeted but was not acknowledged at all. It seems like the can't decide if they want to be a barbershop or pub. I've worked in service. What I saw here simply doesn't fly.
