Road sign advertises breakfast at this location. Both google and the sign on the door list the hours and say it opens at 6:30am. We stopped by at almost 8am, and it wasn’t opened. If you’re not going to be open at the hours listed, you should update them. Especially the ones on your door.

The manager Jacob was absolutely horribly rude and disgusting. We waited almost 40 mins for our breakfast order and when we inquired what was the cause of the wait he yelled screamed in my face that we ordered chicken.

If I would eat what was I just got from the drive thru I would die from food poisoning!!! The lettuce is brown and slimy! They wouldn’t do any substituting and all the other Wendy’s do it. Fries are cold and hard as a rock! On a very tight budget right now as are so many others. $35 for a dinner we cannot eat. Guess we will be going without food tonight! Thanks Wendy’s!!

Great service, but I accidentally left my wallet behind and subsequently had it stolen. And apparently this is the only building in town that doesn’t have security cameras so no police report can be filed. Never seen any other establishment were this policy is allowed or implemented. It’s a danger to customers and staff alike

This Wendy's is absolutely horrible. If you can even get anyone to come to take your order within 10 minutes of sitting in silence then they are rude and will still get your order wrong.

This location and every fast food place on this road needs to be shut down. I work at a nearby hotel and usually get off work at 11pm. Wendy’s, Taco Bell and McDonald’s on statesville rd never can accommodate. Absolutely nobody ever in line around this time but I still wait 15 mins before someone comes on the intercom. Every single time they’re out of 90% of items on menu or just simply takes FOREVER to take your order. It’s absurd and unprofessional. I understand if it happens once or twice, but EVERY SINGLE NIGHT is ridiculous. You should close at 9pm if you can’t accommodate anyone after that time. I’m tired of getting off work and not being able to get food from a local fast food establishment. WHATS THE POINT OF BEING IN BUSINESS?

Made me wait over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich at breakfast. I had horrible service started yelling at us when we got out of the car to figure out what's going on.
Also, he mistook my order and left out an item, which I didn't know about because I never got a receipt until I asked for one.
Never said sorry for anything, just blamed the fact that other people had their order completed after ordering after us before us was because their order did not include any chicken.

I went to this place at 11pm and remained in line until 1145p to be told they are not taking anymore orders because they need to close on time! The place closes at 2 am....now how come orders stop hours before time! There were 8 cars before me at 11pm and 3 cars behind, they serviced 1 car every 15 mins... 2 left from behind me and 2 left from in front of me because of the wait. Now 3 cars were left to get orders and they denied food for the 3 of us idiots that continued to wait! If you dont have adequate staff, come out and tell the people waiting! Im reporting this to the BBB! This is ridiculous!

The food is good, but between the slowness in placing orders and the system being down, I think Macdonald should buy this place and open another restaurant of theirs, that would be better than nothing.
