The food was cold, order was incomplete. Got 3 meals and ended up with only 2 sandwiches, no fries or chili, 1 drink and the girl at the window with the braids should be fired…THIS PLACE SUCKS!

I have never eaten breakfast out of Wendy's before and they were all saying number try #1. And another was saying My favorite is #7 , I went with number one and could not have made a better decision. Holy moly, maple, chicken, bacon croissant you cannot beat this . And the staff was amazing, now granite this was the breakfast shift. This was dayshift. They were all just so happy and pleasant. I think the lady that helped me her name was Dawn or possibly Deb I should've wrote it down anyway this place was clean. I will be back to this location.

By far the worst location in Huntersville. The woman working here is absolutely unfit for any customer-facing role — completely careless, and dismissive. The rest of the staff are no better — slow, unproductive, and seem to have no sense of urgency for customers.
This was my third visit after seven months, and unbelievably, the service was just as terrible every single time. There were only three cars in the drive-thru and three customer inside, yet it took 25 minutes to hand me a single sandwich and they did not fulfill the other order i placed 30 mins ago.
I’m beyond frustrated. This place is a total embarrassment to the brand.

The gentleman running the window was wonderful. However the dark-skinned woman with the microbraids with her hair tied up in a bun needs in the front of the store needs to fired. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru for a baked potato. I was never told a wait time, and had to pull ahead so after 10 minutes of sitting pulled ahead I went in to the store to just check on it. I asked the women at the counter and she did check on it for me. There were only two employees in the entire store.

They asked what kind of potato I had ordered (sour cream and onion) after throwing a handleful of cheese on it. She rolled her eyes and I watched her pull all of the cheese off and then prepare my potato. I didnt think anything of it until I got home to eat and my potato is DROUND is some spicy ranch-like dusting sauce. Definitely not sour cream. I VOMITED. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

YOU DO NOT SERVE GUESTS FOOD THAT THEY DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT TELLING THEM THIS IS ASSAULT. 10/11 ~6:10PM ORDER TIME.

Placed an online order for 5 people and when I arrived they only had half of the order and said they were unable to make any fried food. I asked them to cancel the order and they told me they couldn’t do it and I would have to do it on the app. There was no option to cancel or refund and their customer service number was closed (at 5:30 on a Sunday). 😡

I haven't been to a Wendy's in years but I wanted a Wednesday 'meal of woe' so I stopped by and got lunch for my whole family. First of all, the drive thru employees were super nice and friendly which is always a good start. The food came out relatively quickly and it all seemed hot. When my family dug into it, they couldn't stop talking about how much they all liked it (and my husband and son are notoriously picky) and that we need to get food from there more often. I also really loved my 'meal of woe' and the chicken nuggets it came with were very tasty (and my daughter and I had so much fun trying the mystery sauces which were all really nice) with the special frosty a huge plus. :) We will definitely be back!

Skipped the drive thru bc it was super long. As I’m waiting on my food inside, Angie at the front counter, told another waiting customer “the drive thru comes first honey, that’s why it’s taking so long.” Mind you this lady was there with her grand babies and their food was just sitting on the counter getting colder by the minute. Lesson learned….drive thru customers time is more valuable than others. Sorry to that lady waiting on her food.

I went thru the drive through at about 10:30 pm the service was terrible to start off with and then after I started eating my food my fries were hard and stale my sandwich was wrong and when I called back up there to let them know they hung up on me.
