Whit's Frozen Custard

The flavors are so delicious and quick service always!

I love whits. We used to order from this location multiple times since it’s near our house. However, the last 7+ times we’ve been in there, the kids working are rude, the place is disgusting, tables aren’t clean, restrooms aren’t clean, and their friends come in (like 3+ friends who aren’t working) and come behind the counter, talk to the staff, sit on the counters, go in the back room, and eat ice cream. We get the same order every time. My husband gets a chocolate malt with cheesecake bites, and I get a buckeye madness with extra Reese’s. The joke is “we never get the same thing every time”. Something in our order is always wrong. Either the ice cream is totally melted, they’ve left out ingredients, they do different cups, different sizes, wrong ice cream, etc. Tonight, we went in at 8:55, they were mopping the floors, say they close at 9 (online it says 10) and it’s grab and go only because they close early “when they get low on custard”. As someone who faithfully continued to support them onsite of this, I will no longer.

We stopped by for dessert after dinner to celebrate my kids starting school, and I have to say the experience was wonderful! The two sweet young ladies working were so hardworking and patient. My kids had a million questions, but they took the time to explain the menu clearly and make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted. The place was clean, welcoming, and truly felt like a family-oriented establishment. The customer service was excellent, and the custard itself was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!

my ice cream was hard as rock and i couldn't eat it..... by the time i get home ut will be liquid.. waste of my money

We went to Whit’s Frozen Custard after walking under the sun for a while. The caramel ice cream was delicious, and the service was good. However, the restroom was dirty and the trash cans were full. The place could definitely be a bit cleaner.

these young adults were so kind and they were scrubbing the walls. what a great group of kids! the custard was also amazing😋😋

Tonight was my husband’s birthday. We went to dinner in Huntersville with my daughter and her boyfriend and decided to stop at Whit’s for a treat after dinner. The place was absolutely filthy. Two teenagers were in the back room and finally came out once they realized we were there. Honestly, after seeing how dirty the place was; counters, floors, tables, pretty much everything I wasn’t going to get anything but split something with my daughter. 3 total items purchased and almost $25 later. No thanks. We threw most of it away. What a total and complete disappointment this place is.

July 20th, 8pm- huntersville location. I pray the manager will enforce change. We’ve had similar experiences time after time and tonight was the last straw. Walked in with no line… stood there for 5 minutes and all 3 teenagers behind the counter ignored us. Never welcomed us in or acknowledged our patience waiting. Instead, they were serving their two other teenage friends free icecream under the table. There NEEDS to be an adult leading each shift. Absolutely ridiculous- take your money elsewhere. Heading to Kilwins now!

It was alright, the brownie blitz is very overpriced for what you get.
Almond Joy custard was good.

Didn’t end up getting anything, stood in front of register for over 5 minutes and none of the multiple staff members approached to take our order. Not welcoming environment at all.

Ordered a Hawaiian custard to go ,, received one with nuts in it and no fruit Thank god I wasn’t allergic !

Awesome custard, so smooth and delicious. The employees are also great, mostly kids working here and they do a great job!
