Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby’s legit got my order and got me my food within two minutes and the food quality was good. It was honestly mind blowing how fast they did it and they were cheerful. Insanely good fast food experience!

Went through the driveway. Young lady was very polite and welcoming. I ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and my son ordered the traditional wings combo and both meals were delicious.

Me and my boyfriend were VERY unhappy with our delivery order from this location. I was missing a milkshake, which was on the receipt on the bag! How do you forget that? They also gave us two Zaxby's sauces instead of a Zaxby's and BBQ. Very disappointed. I don't know who's fault this was, but they need figure that out. Won't be ordering delivery again, and I suggest everyone else avoid it, too.

The milkshake is to die for ...hopefully they'll do the half price again next year

Xac has gone down hill. The quality of the food is much worse that it use to be. There are so many options for additional things and extra sauce it's worse that flying Spirit airlines. I could hear half the substitutions asked through the drive through. Just wanted a simple meal. Paying extra for sauce for a 5 stip meal is excessive. No napkins given just a lone fork that was never used

This Location absolutely sucks. They screw up every order and none of them can read.

10/04/25 12:35PM. The drive thru server was one of the kindest people ive ever had at a drive thru window. I messed up my own order by calling the item the wrong name, and she assured me that it was no issue to switch it out real quick and get me what I actually wanted. Props to you for being a good human!

Okay, if you buy a 5 pc chicken tender meal for $13.29, you should get more than one ounce of sauce. Sauce Nazis!! They nickel and dime you to death for sauce. Also, they charge you a full drink price (over $3.00) for a large ice water. I understand you have money in your cups and would totally understand paying .50 to a dollar, but full drink price?? I am so tired of corporate greed in America.🤦‍♀️

Ordered the loaded fries with extra ranch - I got ranch on the side... virtually no cheese (didn't even bother to melt it) - not the tasty experience I was hoping for to say the least. And, they were slow at the time 🥴

I was so excited to see the Bleu Zalad back on the menu because it is a favorite. I went through the drive through. They were kind and quick but after I got all the way home realized they gave me the wrong thing. I peaked in the bag and saw that it was a salad, but it was not the salad I ordered. No buffalo sauce or bleu cheese. Super disappointing.

I have always loved Zaxbys, but since 2024 they have started to lower the quality of the food, the fingers are now smaller and obviously they now charge more.
