Experience was Great! JR is Awesome, while he was taking orders in Drive-Thru, he was helping with Dine-in orders too. As I was eating dinner with my little ones I could see the communication he has with his crew; Hard working man but also has the great attitude even though being busy. Restaurant was clean & everyone working together!!! Enjoyed my fresh cut salad and my Kids couldn’t stop taking about how tenders and fries were Sooooo GOOD. Thank you for the Best hospitality. Most definitely will be coming back in future!

If you get someone's order wrong, then give them a refund and stop playing games of "well you can come back and get it for free". It's not for free. You didn't give me what I paid for. You didn't check it. You sealed the bag, and you got it wrong. Then you refused to fix the issue. This is why I'm near the point of stopping to eat out because people won't bother to get things right even though the order was placed online with specific, easy instructions. (You know, the way it freaking comes.)

I had a bad experience at this Zaxby's. I ordered chicken tenders, and they forgot to give me my order. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold. I won't be going back there again.

Food was served hot and fresh. Order, was accurate and served in a timely manner. The kickin chicken had plenty of sauce and was not skimpy. The fries were hot and freshly cooked. The cashier was nice and provided service with a smile. I left feeling like a valued customer.
