Often when we have guests in town we proudly take them to visit the beautiful location and enjoy a wine tasting. The servers have always been very friendly and the wine is not only delicious and reasonably priced, we're supporting a local business/ grower. Win-win situation!
Great time, great venue! We did the wine tasting, the staff was very friendly, the little store portion with items to purchase (like cheese, crackers, peanuts, etc.) was affordable and delicious. Definitely will be back!
The wine was so delicious. I went to the 2024 North Carolina State Fair with my mother, saw you guys set up and got us some wine. We had got the flavors muscadine, Blueberry cobbler, sangria (my mom's favorite).
Found them at the Hot Sauce festival in Oxford! Great and crisp wines!

Jimmy was amazing and made our experience one to my remember. This is my second time coming to the Rock of Ages with Jimmy being the person to take care of my family and me, and both times we had belly laughs and tons of smiles. Thank you!!
Jimmy was awesome loved his quick wit and charm! Had us laughing the whole time!
I am sure that this winery serves great wine but I will never know because despite claiming they are open from 1-5 daily and there is no need for reservations, it did not seem to be open today. My friend and I each drove about an hour each to get there today. We arrived shortly after 1pm but all the doors were locked and the lights were off. We stayed until about 1:30pm before we decided to go elsewhere for the afternoon. There was no announcement on their website or Facebook page about being closed today or a change of hours. There was also no sign on the door indicating that it was closed due to a last minute schedule change. We even attempted to call the number listed without an answer. I understand that things happen but it should definitely be communicated to potential customers that the winery will not be open for whatever reason! I would recommend to anyone planning to visit to maybe call the day before, especially if you plan on going during the week, and ensure that it will be open the following day to give them a heads up. It truly is in a beautiful location and the perfect spot for a fun afternoon. It is just unfortunate there was a lack of communication today!
We drive about an hour to come to Rock Of Ages. Love the venue, wine and staff !!
Most importantly JIMMY !!!?
This was my first visit and I was very pleased the employees and the wines were top notch. The best sweet wines of any winery in the South. I will definitely be returning for more of the high quality wines. Thank You!!!

Jimmy was a great experience for our wine tasting and was great
We visited Rock of Ages today on Mother's Day. Jimmy was an abolute saint. He was busy and patient with some comedy too. We tasted the sweet wines and liked most of them. Great afternoon of fun with family and Jimmy! We will return!!
Jimmy was awesome. We had a great time. We definitely be back again and again.
Our server was Jimmy, who was very friendly. Nice ambience. A great visit.
Rock of Ages is by far my favorite winery in NC. Their wine is phenomenal, the atmosphere is the best around, and Jimmy is a delight. The prices for their wine tastings are great for the amount of wine you get to sample. By far the best choice for me to celebrate my actual day for my 50th birthday. The day/time there couldn't have been better.
