Food is hit and miss here, sometimes it's fresh sometimes it's not. I do enjoy Burger King and the people taking that take your order are really friendly.

Never had a bad experience here but today was different. I ordered $15 worth of food and waiting in line for a long time to find out when I got home they forgot something in the order. I understand that happens so I call them and the gentleman tells me the only thing missing is an order of chicken fries like I didn’t just pay for them. Hmm lol

Waited at the front counter for 10 minutes the manager who was running the front a gentleman never once acknowledged me or the customers behind me when a young lady from the drive-through finally came over and asked to help me and take my order. He scolded her and ran her off back to the drive-through and said he would get to me when he had time he has to be the rudest manager ever. I am very appreciative of the young lady coming over from the drive-through to take my order. She is the only one that acknowledge that I was even in the restaurant. the manager should be suspended for the way he spoke to the employee at the drive-through

Make sure you check your bag. Customer service was okay. Order was incorrect. Said bacon king and got a bacon melt. 2 very different words. Noticed something was off when I got my order in less than a minute. Got home and instead of a bacon king I got a bacon melt.

I love this place, but this time, the croissant bread was falling apart (like it a stale/old), and the eggs were not very warm at all.
I have went to this Burger King location 3 times in the last week, wanting to try the new pickle whopper, as it is being advertised all over their building! And every single time I’ve been they’ve told me “they are out of the pickles to make the whopper”. It’s not posted anywhere that they are out, they are still advertising that they have it but yet, they don’t. If you don’t have something to make what’s on the menu, don’t advertise those items

My daughter needs a burger with no meat, and they've been great at getting it correct the first time. I personally love my flame broiled Whopper Jr.. sometimes you just need the taste of the big BK.
