At the drive thru I used my mobile app to give the employee my rewards number to receive $2 off a frappe. I ordered the Dulce de leche frappe & was told to pull around to pay. I was given a total that didn't include the $2 coupon. I explained I had gave her my rewards number to redeem the $2 off a frappe offer. She stated she knows but it wouldn't allow her to take it off since it was a special limited time offer. I said no worries then I will just take a caramel frappe instead. I was informed that the computer wouldn't allow her to edit the order. So I suggested that we could just delete that order and start over ordering a caramel frappe. I was told that wasn't an option either. So I said let me get this right. You can't change my order and you can't void the order , so why are my options then. She stated the only thing I could do is pay full price for my original order of the Dulce De Leuche. I told her I wasn't going to do that when it shows plain & clear I should be receiving $2 off an if it being a limited time item I the problem then I should have the option of changing it. She said sorry and I said well I am not sure how you will proceed if you can't void that but I will I just go to the McDonald's down the street & I am positive they will have no issues with me ordering a caramel frappe. Let me make this clear, it wasn't about the $2 discount that got me, it was telling me I couldn't change my mind I'm in what I ordered. That she was unwilling to offer me some sort of resolution is just poor customer service. I a, sure a manager would have not agreed with how this was handled.

The McDonalds here is attached to a Marathon gas station. If it was ONLY a gas station then I would understand that the bathroom had NO soap all day long (I stopped in several times as I was in the area all day working). I have no idea how the employees were washing their hands?!? This is unacceptable for a restaurant and is a breeding ground for food poisoning.
HOWEVER if you want to show your kids a payphone-they have TWO!!!!

Ordered a coffee and Bacon egg and cheese bagel. The order taker was very pleasant and did a great job. The person handing me the order seemed confused and asked me to pull forward after handing me the coffee taking it back and then handing it to me again. When I received my bagel it was luke warm and the cheese was not entirely melted. Disappointing experience.
