1. Train the staff to interact with you customers. The boy at the window asked if we got a happy meal and a 20 piece then said yall got a lot of stuff I dont feel like reading it. 2. The food came. No salt on the fries and they didnt give the sauces they asked if we wanted. 3. A staff member came to deliver to the car next to us so I asked him for salt and the sauces we were offered 3 of the 5 people in our car got 20 piece chicken nuggets... he brought us 4 sauces not even the ones we just told him we wanted. Yall need to do better.

So I came here tonight with my grandmother. I put in a pick up order that somehow got lost, mind you, the app showed it was paid for. Anyways, when they never brought my food out after waiting 30 minutes I decided to drive around the drive thru-when I got up there they said “oh!” Here ya go. Before I left I proceeded to check my order like I do any other time, it was the wrong order. So here I am once again in the drive thru line, explaining, they messed my order up and gave me the wrong order. The lady at the window asked me to pull forward and wait for my food..so I wait…and wait..and wait. After ONE HOUR I FINALLY received my food. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. FAST FOOD-should be fast, efficient, and timely. If I wanted to wait over an hour for food, I would have went in and sat down somewhere. It doesn’t help the fact my grandmother has health issues and we were trying to just hurry and get something to eat. McDonald’s YOU need to do better. YOU need to be fast, efficient, and prioritize orders properly. Online orders are supposed to be made to order and when I get there, should be ready! There’s no excuse to why my order wasn’t ready and no justification as to why it was all screwed up. If Emily orders Emily’s meal, she doesn’t want papa joes meal. She wants her own. I’d kindly like a call or someone to reach out. Because our experience here tonight was unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient. Thank you.

A rare but appreciated 5 star McDonald's. Drive thru - Food was hot and fresh, staff was friendly. And, didn't have to beg for ketchup when ordering burgers and fries! They have common sense too!

if you dont want to get sick..Do Not come to this McDonalds..if the crew has covid or any other sickness they are still serving your food..they are making the public sick..im the freakn public.. so i have ar major freakn problem...evening shift is the worse..my whole family has covid AGAIN..while the employees are sick and working!!! this is NOT the first time. And the sad part is the owners and the managers know and dont care to do anything about it. the managers and the owners should worry more about the public and send people home. and i used to come here to eat but all its been recently is misses the food is either cold raw or nasty.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited in my life and im an old man hahah. From the employees to the person running the window even the manager.
The manager treats these kids like they’re his friends . This grown man will stand there Chatting it up about personal issues to the kids who work there , like they care ?! While the customers are waiting on their order. these kids are only trying to get out of work and do as less work as possible, smiling and laughing at his corny jokes and acting interested in his dramatic home life and as soon as he turns around all the kids faces drop. they’re just trying to entertain him to get a paycheck on Friday. Anyone could see that in three seconds , Not the manager, I guess.
It’s like this every time I go in to get sweet tea a few times a week. The reason that the customers know all this is because we have to wait forevvvvvvver on a simple order because the kids working Behind the counter are moving like they have concrete shoes on.
There’s no sense of urgency here at all nobody cares , even the manager and You might as well toss up a coin as to whether your order is gonna be halfway right or not.

Save your time and money go to a different Mc Donald’s! This one SUCKS! You will be in line forever they always getting my food wrong or missing something or the food is so nasty not even put together right and it’s been that way for over 5 years! It’s 2 min from my house and I’ll go to granite or hickory and I personally have friends that work at this McDonald’s and they’re nasty. They don’t wash their hands (my friends do just not other ppl) And the manager does not care about nothing but herself. I mean, come on seriously my order wrong every single time y’all need to get it together. Also I’ve gotten there 13 minutes before 10:30 for breakfast and they will intentionally take their sweet time And make you wait even if it’s getting the other lane and not yours I’ve worked at chick fil a I know what yall are doing LAZY! No wonder yall can’t keep no one!
