I upped it from a 1 i guess it depends. But they upped their fry game so its better.

Bad. Check your bags every visit. I didnt even get my sauce, only got half an order of large fries... the burger king next door has better service and consistency. Not coming back!

We just got 2 coffees with 3 creams each to go. The coffee was great! It's our favorite! But the 1st 2 we received had 3 creams & 3 sugars...we didn't order any sugar! Glad I caught it before we continued our trip because nothing ruins good coffee like sugar (let alone THREE sugars in a 12oz cup). When we returned it, the server couldn't figure out how to give us cream & ended up just giving us a handful of cream packets. *sigh*

I asked for extra onion on my hamburgers and this is what I got. Extra onion on top of 1 of the burgers, if that’s what you want to call it. And I guess that is a piece of onion on the pickle, which I threw away.

Ordered curbside, parked and entered spot number, waited and waited no order. Finally went inside and they found order on counter just sitting there. Asked why it had not been brought out, had no idea. Very poor service.

3rd time this month that they missed items in my order or sauces. I keep having to go back and forth which is hard when you have kids. Usually I let things go..but today..even when I went back fir my item missing abd asked for fries added for the inconvenience, they didn't even add it on. Smh. If it weren't for us living close to this location..I wouldn't go back. Employees seem like they don't care.

Stuff is wayyyyyyy tooo expensive for what you get very disappointed with this place.it .I remember when it was good but now it's unbelievable and it's so high a hard working man can't afford to eat there even if it was good! Just terrible. All around!

Used the app to order, pulled to window and confirmed my order. Was told to pull forward, asked for ketchup and was assured it would be in the bag. When I got my bag I pulled in the parking lot to eat, and NO KETCHUP!!! And a large order of COLD 🥶 🍟 since cold fries ain't edible no ketchup was needed after all!!! 2nd time in a row my 🍟 were 🥶 I stopped going to Wendy's for this very reason..3rd time was it for me

At the drive thru I used my mobile app to give the employee my rewards number to receive $2 off a frappe. I ordered the Dulce de leche frappe & was told to pull around to pay. I was given a total that didn't include the $2 coupon. I explained I had gave her my rewards number to redeem the $2 off a frappe offer. She stated she knows but it wouldn't allow her to take it off since it was a special limited time offer. I said no worries then I will just take a caramel frappe instead. I was informed that the computer wouldn't allow her to edit the order. So I suggested that we could just delete that order and start over ordering a caramel frappe. I was told that wasn't an option either. So I said let me get this right. You can't change my order and you can't void the order , so why are my options then. She stated the only thing I could do is pay full price for my original order of the Dulce De Leuche. I told her I wasn't going to do that when it shows plain & clear I should be receiving $2 off an if it being a limited time item I the problem then I should have the option of changing it. She said sorry and I said well I am not sure how you will proceed if you can't void that but I will I just go to the McDonald's down the street & I am positive they will have no issues with me ordering a caramel frappe. Let me make this clear, it wasn't about the $2 discount that got me, it was telling me I couldn't change my mind I'm in what I ordered. That she was unwilling to offer me some sort of resolution is just poor customer service. I a, sure a manager would have not agreed with how this was handled.
