The brisket was equally amazing, tender with a deep smoky crust that had me coming back for more. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, showcasing some serious BBQ mastery. This food truck knows how to deliver top-tier BBQ, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re a fan of bold, smoky, and juicy BBQ, this place is a must-visit!

I recently had the pleasure of having Apostle 'Que cater a party, and I can't say enough good things about their BBQ! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The food was absolutely mouth-watering, with perfectly smoked meats that were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, and the brisket was so flavorful it melted in your mouth (highly recommend ordering the brisket it was to die for, everyone could not stop talking about it!).
Not only was the food incredible, but the service was top-notch as well. Josh and The Apostle 'Que team was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my 30th birthday party. They arrived on time, set up quickly, and Josh was so beyond helpful when it came to choosing the type of food and how much to order.
The variety of sides and sauces they provided were a huge hit - we got the coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, BBQ baked beans and mini corn fritters adding that extra touch to an already fantastic meal. We had the Buffalo Chicken Eggroll and it was just the right amount of buffalo sauce marinated in tender juicy chicken. As good as that was the brisket is hands down absolutely amazing! The crew are so friendly and know what they are doing which is cooking perfection!
Absolute best BBQ in the Charlotte area!!! The pork tacos, brisket, and buffalo chicken egg rolls live rent free in my head, but literally everything is delicious.
