Paid extra for onions and received this, Malaysia said that’s all they can give and offered a refund only. I travel for work and have been to Arby’s in many states and order the same thing, she lied and said this is what they all give. Is there an onion shortage? Or is she just stingy. I’ve never had a bad experience at an Arby’s. Sandwich meat was also visibly dry. Must have been coming out of her paycheck. Terrible attitude

Stopped really late because no other place I wanted was open. The guy in the drive thru was amazing even though it was freezing. They had my food pretty quickly and the food was very fresh. I got the mozz sticks to try and they were crunchy and cheesy. They forgot some sauce I asked for, but other than that it was great.

I stopped by on a random Sunday evening, wanted a quick warm snack. Seeing mac n cheese bites on the sign was just enough to entice me to go to the drive thru.
They were a little pricey for a 4-piece snack; it was close to $5 with taxes. There was also a good wait between ordering and when the order was brought to me.
The bites were surprisingly good. I'd return to Arby's, just not for the bites.

So the era of bad attitudes and poor customer service and like a respect for the customer is in full swing at Arby’s on independence Boulevard made a simple purchase. My items were not put in the bag for the items in the drive-through I assumed I didn’t pay for them, so I paid and once I looked at the receipt, I had already paid so they owed me a refund along with my item and treated me as though I had done something wrong, and such a poor measure I wouldn’t suggest anyone go back with the limited mental capacity that manages this location
