Everytime I go and order mint chocolate chip they say they don't have that flavor. The first time the girl looked at me like I was speaking a different language. If you don't have something, take it off the menu so people don't waste time driving to get something you don't have.

I love coming here never had an issue and I’ve been going to this Dunkin/basket robins for a couple years now and just recently started receiving the nastiest service ever ! I’ve came to this specific Dunkin for the past 3 weeks to get a cappuccino blast cause they’re on sale and everytime I’ve asked about the drink there’s a lady who comes on the intercom and has an attitude claiming they’re always out of ice cream. YALL are starting to sound a lot like McDonald’s with this problem and it should be fixed especially if your running a sale for something and you can’t keep the product in stock

Stood there for a few minutes clerk claim around the corner staring at their phone and had their headphones in and couldn't hear us clearly or get our order right and still made the drinks wrong

If I could leave -5 stars I would! WORST Baskin robins in the world. Every time either missing flavors better still closed in the middle of a warm day. How do you guys survive!!! Pay for my gas wasted driving all the way out there. The owner needs to step their game up or sell it to someone that will.
