Waited in line for 15 mins and everyone was hiding in the back no one came out to take my order . Said hello three times still no one acknowledged me and my daughter. Ended up leaving

Order was wrong and instead of fixing it the workers argued with each other. My order was very simple, no drinks and I was first in line, dine in. 25 minutes wasted for four biscuits is wild. This store needs a new manager who cares. Corporate needs to get involved with this franchise.

My order was never fixed. When I did get my order there were at least 12 people waiting inside and three cars waiting outside. Plenty of workers in the back just nothing getting done. I finally just left, late to work. I'll go to biscuitville from now on.

We order here because it is close to us. Love the food, but they are very disorganized. We place an online order and it says it will be ready at a certain time so we show up at that time then they start to make the food. 30 minutes latter we may get the food. Most the time after we wait they still mess up the order. How hard is it? Take some lessons from Chick-fil-A maybe on how to run a restaurant. This is not the 1st time this happens. I don't know if Management or owners read this but they should before someone comes up with a chicken place that actually knows what there doing and runs u out of business.

I don’t know if maybe the girl working in the window with the nose ring is mute but the way she hands you your food aggressively without speaking to you is completely unprofessional and you need to get someone else to work the window
This is the only Bojangles in America I’ve ever been to where someone doesn’t at least talk to you when giving you the food
I haven’t said thank you and she didn’t look at me
This person does not need to be the person who treats customer she does not do a good job at all

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to in my life. Down the street watching my grandson play basketball and I come over here to get some food from Bojangles. I walk in there two young ladies in front of me and they've been standing there for a few minutes and I'm standing there for a good 5 minutes and no one even comes over to acknowledge that we are there. So I finally go over to the people running the drive-thru and I asked them hey you guys going to take our order and the guys replied to me was that we're busy. No customer service. No help. Nothing, no acknowledgment. Didn't even come over there and say hey we're busy. We'll be with you in a second. I was in Greensboro a few days ago and I had a really good experience at Bojangles but this one has really changed my opinion about the store and I will probably never go back to Bojangles again.

they dropped my cup on the floor and handed it to me right after, they gave us a regular size side and drink when we ordered a large, and other people in the restaurant had been waiting 30+ minutes for their food

This location is a crap shoot. Check your order EVERY time because they will get it wrong better than half the time. If eggs and cheese are important to you DO NOT ASSUME THEY GAVE YOU EGGS AND CHEESE JUST BECAUSE YOU ORDERED EGGS AND CHEESE, because you will get home and be sorely disappointed. CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE WINDOW. Ifnore the cars bwhi d you in line honking their horns at you. They also randomly lock the door on the west side so you think the dining area is closed, forcing you to get into the long drive through line, and then when you finally pull around on the east side you see people coming in and out of the store with their food because apparently that door was open. Poorly managed but I keep coming back because it's Bojangles and I will put up with alot of BS for my country ham biscuit (with egg & cheese) + Cheerwine.

We pull up to the drive through window after placing our order and we are greeted with our drinks basically being shoved in our faces, no hello, no nothing. After handing her the card the window slammed (mind you still hasn't said a word) when she goes to hand the card back she kind of thrusts it out the window and hits my husband in his hand with it. We had to pull forward to wait on some food, which I don't mind. But 5 cars behind us got their food while still waiting. But the gentleman who brought us our food was so sweet, and the only positive interaction we had the entire time being there.

Went through the drive thru, and had to go inside for 2 drinks and they argued over a drink I never received in the drive thru, and the chicken was raw. I see why they have 90 percent score, don’t waste your time, they lost a long term customer.
