I had a chicken sandwich BLT the bread was steal and the put crumbs of bacon on it with over cooked and over seasoned fries . Not fresh

The food was good, and the service was good too. Nothing special, just good old-fashioned fast food. The only thing I observed while there was the line cook was preparing food with only one glove on. Gotta keep both of them on brother. Other than that 👍🏻

1 star is about 5 too many. My goodness this place is a waste time and money. Old Rock hard biscuits, old rock hard fries. Whoever is working and in charge on March 4 10:30am you all should be ashamed. You’re stealing money from your employer and the customers. I threw it all away and went to biscuitville.

40 mins waiting in the drive thru for chicken? Absolutely ridiculous. Last time I visit this place. I get being busy. I understand if you’re short staffed. But if you can’t drop chicken in oil and get it out the window faster than that, you need to close up shop.

They just need to go ahead and shut y’all down and replace y’all with some other family owned chicken place to give us options here, The way y’all keep people in that long line like y’all back there frying fresh food then give them a box of what looks like “dog food” from last week is insane. Fast food is way too high for y’all to be playing in people pockets $12 for this and it wasn’t even Edible, straight to the trash! I will stick with Hatheway’s in Monroe SMH

Black male working the register drive thru on 12/1/24 was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Clearly he didn't want to be there and should never be in the customer service/hospitality field. He even tried to charge me 83 cents for a 20 cent ranch I had already paid for and they forgot. He didn't want to give me my order (I guess because it was a mobile order and I went through the drive thru) and I had to ask several times for my drink. The entire time he just sat there and stared at me, never talking. I had to say everything. At first I thought he was mute until he mumbled "83 cents."
I LOVE BOJANGLES ALWAYS HAVE ALWAYS WILL. WE MOVED FROM SC TO NM. THERE ISN'T ANY CHICKEN PLACE THAT WILL EVER COMPARE TO YALL. I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE YALL A 100+ RATING.

Boyfriend went through the drive thru to pick up breakfast for us, he ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo for me and when he got home they had given me a bacon egg and cheese on a hamburger bun (more than likely due to the new AI ordering system at the drive thru). I called and spoke to faith the general manager and she was very very helpful and I was able to get my correct order!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The biscuits are always overcooked, the ham is always burnt, and they only put 1 small piece on it...... it's ridiculous!!! What's happened to you, Bojangles???

When they told me to come inside at the intercom, I knew the food wasn't going to be right. I should have politely drove off. Well the fries had no seasoning, the cheerwine had no taste, the wait was like 15min, the pork chop biscuit was okay although it was overcooked. I never ever eat here and I'm not sure why I did today but the workers were nice.

Worst bojangles experience. The biscuit tasted like chemicals and the fries were not quality. I am a regular and it's so sad that bojangels is no longer a consistent go to place. One worker trying to do it all at 6am.
